Welcome to our beautiful, light-filled 2-bedroom cottage in the heart of West Seattle’s vibrant Alaska Junction. With a 90 walk score, you’re just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, boutique shops, and the famous Bakery Nouveau. Out back, enjoy a lush garden with fig and cherry trees, plus a fire pit for cozy evenings and s’mores.
This home strikes the perfect balance of charm and comfort — ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for a peaceful stay with unbeatable walkability.
Home Highlights:
• 2 bedrooms with plush queen beds
• Fold-out sofa in living room (sleeps 1 additional guest)
• Smart TV with free Netflix (no cable)
• Fast WiFi (400 Mbps)
• Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, coffee & tea
• Pack ’n Play available (please bring your own baby bedding)
• Portable AC unit available upon request
• Beautiful private backyard with trees + fire pit
• Washer/dryer for longer stays

Right outside your door, stroll to Safeway, Trader Joe’s, and West Seattle’s best restaurants and shops. A quick drive takes you to:
• Columbia City District & Cultural Center – 10–15 mins
• Columbia City Farmers & Night Market – 10 mins
• Alki Beach & Lincoln Park – 10–15 mins
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the main floor and backyard. The basement is staff-only and closed off for safety (steep stairs, low light).
Guest Notes:
• Linens: All beds use our triple-sheet system for extra cleanliness.
• Pricing: Base rate covers 4 guests; $15/night for each additional guest.
• Pets: Welcome with $150 pet fee per stay.
• Groceries: No cooking condiments provided — shop nearby for what you need.
• Seasonal Note: In rainy months, some ants/insects may appear; routine pest control is in place.
• Portable AC: Available on request for warmer days.
• Same-Day Bookings: Check-in may be delayed until 6:30 PM depending on cleaning schedule.
House Rules:
• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• Quiet hours after 10 PM
• No parties or unregistered guests
• No smoking inside or within 20 ft
• Please remove shoes indoors
• Respect trash sorting (bins provided)
• Lost & Found: $35 handling fee + shipping if items are recovered
• No mailbox access (packages at guest’s discretion)
