Inside, you’ll find:
• A cozy living area with a fireplace and Smart TV for relaxing evenings.
• A fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances for home-cooked meals.
• Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample storage.
• Well-appointed bathrooms with modern fixtures.
Step outside to enjoy a private deck with stunning mountain views, or explore nearby Big Bear Lake and The Village for shopping, dining, and year-round outdoor activities. With secure garage parking for two vehicles, this retreat has everything you need for a memorable mountain escape.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, including:
• A private entrance.
• Secure parking for 2 vehicles in the garage.
• A private outdoor deck and all indoor amenities.
$75 dog fee per stay up to 2 dogs
House Rules for Your Stay at Log Haus Cabin
Welcome to Log Haus Cabin! We are thrilled to host you and want to ensure you have a cozy, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to review the following house rules to help us maintain the charm of our mountain retreat.
General Guidelines
• Occupancy: Maximum of 5 guests.
• Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles in the designated parking spaces.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels low during these hours.
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-In: Starts at 4:00 PM.
• Check-Out: By 10:00 AM.
• Please leave the home as you found it.
Smoking, Vaping & Open Flames
• No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors.
• No candles or incense burning for safety reasons.
• Outdoor fires are not permitted due to the surrounding forested area.
Pets
• Pets are welcome, but please:
• Pick up after your pet indoors and outdoors.
• Keep pets off furniture and beds.
• Note that an additional cleaning fee may apply for excessive pet-related messes.
Outdoor Space
• Use the backyard and deck responsibly—please do not use them as a restroom. A $150 cleaning fee applies for misuse.
• Cover the grill and patio furniture after use to protect them from weather damage.
Fireplace & Fire Pit
• Fireplace: Wood-burning only. Please ensure fires are completely extinguished before leaving the property.
• Fire Pit: Follow provided instructions for safe use. Turn off the propane tank after use and cover the pit.
Trash Disposal
• Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at designated public sites:
• Clean Bear Site #1: 41790 Garstin Drive
• Clean Bear Site #2: 39690 Big Bear Blvd
• Trash left on the property will incur a $25 per bag fee.
Snow & Winter Safety
• During snowfalls of 4 inches or more, snow plowing will be provided for the driveway.
• A snow shovel is available for guest use near the shed on the left side of the house.
• Chains or 4x4 vehicles are recommended during winter.
Other Important Notes
• Do not rearrange furniture or décor.
• Treat the home as if it were your own—any damages must be reported immediately.
• Wildlife is common in Big Bear. Keep doors and windows securely closed, and do not leave food outside.

• No parties, events, or exceeding the occupancy limit.
• Amplified music must not be heard beyond the property boundaries at any time.
• Guests violating house rules may incur additional fees or risk eviction without a refund.
