Beautiful house on beautiful property. Walking distance to the river, which we floated every day. Was perfect for our group of 9 and we had a blast.

We had a great stay at the property. It’s close enough to walk to places to eat and you can walk to float. The house was clean and well stocked and we enjoyed the pool alot as well.

The beautiful home was a great stay, very comfortable home. The pool was refreshing and clean. My family had a great time. We felt like we were in our own home any essentials needed they were provided. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay.

House was great! Beautifully and colorfully decorated. Everything was extremely clean. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Outdoor space was nice. Gorgeous, oversized front yard. Plenty of deer hanging around. Back yard pool, fire pit, dining and hang out space was great. Also, garage game room was added bonus. Would highly recommend this property and will stay here again.

Stayed for a weekend to float the river and go to a concert. Walking distance to the amphitheater and we loved the pool post river float. House was clean with great space to hang out.

Wonderful place on the Horseshoe!

My family with 2 kids and another family with 4 kids (total of 10 people) stayed at this property and loved it! It was well equipped with anything you might need, had plenty of space for everyone to relax, sleep, shower, eat meals, etc. without ever feeling cramped. The communication with the host was also wonderful! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy the hill country!

Nice property.

We stayed three days very nice property. Walking distance to tube rental. Had a good time. Wish that we could control the temp in the house it was very cold and could adjust the temp., like it was programmed. None of the buttons worked.

Over all great place to stay. Great location to concert venue, floating the river,or taking a bait to Canyon lake. We try to stay here anytime we visit and go to concerts
