Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation. 2. **Check-in and Check-out Times**: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. 3. **Maximum Occupancy**: The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. This limit includes adults and children. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety and comfort reasons. 4. **No Smoking Policy**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. Guests may smoke outdoors in designated smoking areas, ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts in provided receptacles. 5. **No Pets Policy**: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless explicitly permitted in advance and specified in the rental agreement. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and forfeiture of the security deposit. 6. **Noise Restrictions**: Quiet hours are in effect from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, guests must keep noise levels to a minimum to respect the peace and privacy of neighbors. Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated at any time. 7. **Respect for Property and Neighbors**: Guests are expected to treat the rental property and its surroundings with care and respect.
