This property was well equipped for our family get together. The kitchen, decks, and pool had everything we needed and then some. There were floats and all the lake/river conveniences for a weekend away. Each bedroom was comfortable and so clean. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back again!

We had a great time, house was wonderful and beautiful. We didn’t have any issues docking a 20’ boat at the house. The best thing we noticed was the kitchen was actually fully stocked with pans, utensils, etc all the way to muffin pans. We will be staying here again.

My family vacations every year in Hill Country and we have stayed at many vacation homes so when we say Big Blue in Kingsland is by far the best, I think we know what we are talking about. You can check the box on all the things that are important from cleanliness to conveniences. My family was very happy and gives this home 10/10 rating.We hope to return next year.

A beautiful escape from reality

This property was everything that was listed and more. The location was absolutely perfect. Water front property where we docked our jet skis, restaurants right across the street. You can’t ask for anything else. The owner John was super responsive to any questions and comments we had. I highly recommend this property.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G house!!!! Book it ASAP! It’s such a big beautiful home and John the host is so accommodating and very attentive. We did not want to leave!! There wasn’t one complaint from any of us staying. We were 6 adults and 5 children and there was something for everyone. Our youngest is 2 and absolutely loved the play house in the game room. The AC was nice and cold, the water pressure was great, more than enough towels. Everything was perfect. The location is such a plus also. You could literally walk to Boat town Burger and the boat rental across from the lake was very convenient (a two minute drive from the house). We rented a boat and my husband just picked us up from the dock at the house. They kayaks were also a nice amenity. Every room except for one has their own very large private restroom which was very nuce (the rooms are also a very good size with walk in closets!). Everything about this house was perfect! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook. Two fridges. Nice gas stove. I could go on and on about this house. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you so much John for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The house was beautiful with lots of things to do! The host checked in often to make sure everything was good! Highly recommend!
