Kitchen and Dining This rustic Indiana Jones inspired dinning & kitchen area includes all conveniences with it's rustic charm; Microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher along with Keurig coffee maker, toaster & blender. Glass ware, dishes and Place settings for 8 along with plenty of utensils, kitchen items, pots, pans and mugs for your enjoyment. Bedrooms Up Stairs Master has a queen bed and a balcony with a view of the pool. Sip a beverage in one of the chairs and take in the sights and sounds of the local wildlife. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom/shower, smart Roku TV and high quality mattresses and cotton sheets to provide a good night rest. Down Stairs Master features a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom/shower and tub, mini fridge, smart Roku TV, resort views, high quality mattresses, cotton sheets and a dedicated work space with monitor to plug in laptops. Jungle Room provides 2 twin beds with all cotton sheets, jungle temple theme including suspension bridged and lantern. A playpen, child's chair and car seat available in this closet. Safari Room provides a hut style bunk bed with 2 twin mattresses large screen TV and Blu-ray player along with board games for kids to enjoy. Any questions? Please ask! This villa is your private end townhouse in the stunning Emerald Island Resort. When you arrive be sure to check in at the clubhouse, where you will register your vehicle and receive a pass for a one time fee of $25. Peaceful gated resort community; Emerald Island offers 2 pools, mini-golf, sports courts, volley ball & nature preserve with hiking trail. Please be aware there is an exterior camera with audio. Also this is Florida so it rains often even for a little bit and there are always bugs and critters about. We do treat for pests and usually have no issues but sometimes they follow you in if you leave the door open.
