What a wonderful property for our group! Plenty of space to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. It was comfortable, spacious, with plenty of room for meals and entertainment. We had a great stay!

We came looking for a quiet escape and found so much more. The serenity of this home is hard to put into words, mornings were calm, evenings were peaceful, and every moment in between felt unhurried. The view from the house was breathtaking, and having a game room on site gave us a great way to unwind together as a group. The beauty of the property, both inside and out, made this one of the most memorable stays we've had.

This is my second stay here, and it was just what I needed again. The house is quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to unplug and recharge. I love that it sits on 5 acres, you really feel the privacy and space. The layout is great too, with both open areas for hanging out and quiet corners when you want to step away. It's clearly set up for retreats or work gatherings, but it works just as well for a solo reset. Arcade games and drink by the jacuzzi. Already thinking about my next trip!

Great place to stay for our softball tournament

Great location with great views! We loved our time here. Sport court was a hit with my kids! 2 grills on the bottom patio was super useful. Would stay again.

Great views and spaces

The location of this home is absolutely fantastic with incredible Mountain View and sunsets out of multiple sitting areas. We enjoyed some very quality family time together.

Great experience

Communication from mgmt was excellent even later in the evening. They helped me out after two other properties cancelled on me with short notice. Place had been prepped for our arrival. Plenty of fun stuff to do as pictured. Will definitely stay again!

The property wasn’t as advertised. Really only 4 bedrooms with 2 rooms that they put beds in. Poorly cleaned and maintained. We arrived to completely full laundry machines that we finished for them. Some furniture and bathroom fixtures were broken, the hot tub was unusable (due to dirt and low water level), and the outdoor grill area was trashed. Perhaps the worst thing was finding blood stains on one the mattress pads!

The accommodations provided are exactly as advertised. We also take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. Had any of the issues mentioned been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have addressed them immediately. Our records, pre-arrival inspections, and listing photos do not support several of the claims made in this review. We strive to provide every guest with a positive experience and encourage guests to communicate any concerns while on the property so that we have the opportunity to resolve them promptly. We remain proud of our track record and the many positive experiences shared by previous guests.

April Stay

This place is beyond AMAZING! The photos truly don’t do it justice! We had such a fantastic time here. Everything we needed for our stay was provided in the home, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable.The hosts were exceptionally responsive; every question we had was answered within two minutes! They even offered a car for rent at a much lower cost than any other rental we looked at, which was a huge bonus.The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could need. The full bar downstairs was to die for, and we were pleasantly surprised by additional amenities that weren’t even listed, like a massage chair on every floor, the vehicle rental option, and several other thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special.The views are just breathtaking. The daytime scenery is beautiful, but the night view and mountain backdrop from the property are SPECTACULAR.Our entire family loved staying here. Without a doubt, whenever we’re back in Colorado, this is the only place we’ll stay. We loved it so much that we’re already thinking about planning another trip this summer and maybe even spending Christmas here!

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding weekend and chose this property because we needed a large space to all be together. The size of the home, the location, and the basement activity area were definite positives and worked well for our group.Unfortunately, the condition of the property didn't match the listing or our expectations. We encountered numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a back deck door handle that fell off, and to access the deck, the door had to remain open; several exterior doors didn't properly lock, a TV in the master bedroom that appeared to be pulling away from the wall, and a leaking shower. Several of the arcade games advertised as amenities were also not working.We were surprised that two of the listed bedrooms had glass doors that offered very little privacy. While they contained beds, they did not function like traditional bedrooms for adult guests.Cleanliness was also a concern. We found dirty socks under the dresser in the master bedroom, and overall the property showed significant wear and deferred maintenance.The host did respond and offered to send someone out after we reported concerns, but as it would take some time, we chose to document the issues and continue with our busy wedding weekend schedule.We made the best of our stay and enjoyed being together, but future guests should be aware that the home's maintenance, cleanliness, security, and bedroom privacy were not as represented.
