We came down for a show at Fiddlers Green with our five kids and a friend. The location was perfect and the house was well appointed. Endless fun for all. Thank you for hosting us!

This place is incredible! Super clean and comfortable, we had my grandson‘s first birthday over the weekend and good times were had by all! The host was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. All of the beds are super comfortable, beautifully decorated,nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard and theater room are awesome! Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Our stay at the Encore House was delightful. The backyard is really amazing and was the perfect venue for our family gathering. The grandchildren particularly loved the dinosaur! We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. The large dining room table was great for not only meals, but card games, jigsaw puzzles and lingering over coffee. Being able to all stay together in one house made our time more relaxing and engaging for everyone. Thank you Melissa!

The whole property was amazing! The theater and sound system were amazing for movies. The outdoor area was fantastic for the kids, they loved the gold set up. The location is fantastic and close to many different great options for activities.

Our group of six golfers had a great stay at Encore House in Denver. From the time we booked, the host was super communicative and quick to respond, which made everything easy and stress-free.The house was really well put together, with great furnishings, amenities, and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described.One of our favorite parts was the backyard. We spent a lot of time out there relaxing after our golf rounds, and it was the perfect spot to kick back, hang out, and enjoy the Colorado weather.We’d definitely recommend Encore House to anyone visiting Denver, whether it’s for a golf trip, family get-together, or a weekend away. We’d happily stay here again.

Melissa was such an excellent host! Quick to respond and even checked in on us during our stay. The home looked exactly like the pictures. The theater, game room, and backyard were so much fun! Getting to watch some Olympics on the big screen in the theater was amazing!

This was an amazing VRBO and an incredibly professional accomodating experience overall. The yard, home theater, kitchen, and over all comfort of the house can't be beat. The beds were incredibly comfortable, high-end hotel quality, or better. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver.

The property is more than a house, it's an experience. It seems like they thought of everything. From the comfortable mattresses, and little details liek the coffee and the record player, to the Entertainment room and mini golf, it's well curated, and even if you are snow-bound, there is plenty to keep you busy. Hosts were great and instantly responsive to questions or issues.

GREAT HOUSE! Very cool. Lots put in to make it a wonderful place to stay. Several people said if they are back in Denver that will try to get this house again. Host was great and very responsive on question what little we had. Not many needed more statements on how nice the place was. Loved the theater room. Backyard was amazing. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with our 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren. Everyone had so much fun. The weather was good so we spent a lot of time in the backyard. In the evening the adults enjoyed the game room. The theater room was a big hit for late night movies, and since they were downstairs we were not at all disturbed when we turned in for the night. The neighborhood was quiet, even though the main thoroughfare was close by. We were able to pop out and get anything we needed just around the corner. An added bonus, there’s a light rail station very close, so we took that down to the 16th street mall one day. It was great not to be stuck in traffic on the way back. La Belle French bakery had some of the best pastries I’ve had.

This place is GREAT! The owners are amazing, answered all questions quickly. Our 1 yo grandson came along and a high chair was provided, without even requesting. Coffee, towels, soap and shampoo, spices, almost everything you need is provided. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. I believe the pictures are true and accurate. The putting green was great, the hot tub is wonderful, and the theater room is fantastic! You are close to so many to shopping areas, verity of restaurants, and Fiddlers Green. If you need a place to stay in the south end of Denver, the Encore House is the place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

This property was amazing and made our Easter weekend with Denver family everything we'd hoped for. We stayed here with 7 grandchildren and 6 adults and it was perfect. 3 rooms for adults and 2 rooms for the 7 kids where everyone had a super comfortable bed (no futons or couches), plenty of blankets and a fan for each room! All were excited about the hot tub, the sauna was an unexpected bonus, pac-man, pool table, loved the theatre room!; put-put golf, spacious lawn with beautiful nightime lighting and so many comfortable places to sit (loved the egg chair swings for rocking the baby) and astro turf so soft to just lay on and play with kids, gas fire-pit added a little warmth to evening relaxation, janga, connect four, grill worked great, I think we did it all!! Close to Walnut Park where we played pickle ball and kick ball, playgroud for littles, beautiful setting for family pictures, track kids ran the Little Dry Creek Trail (3-4 blocks away). Place was superbly clean and bright, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of ice all the time, tv's worked great, plenty of towels, well stocked showers, coffee (grounds, pods and tea bags), laundry worked great. Our grandchildren can't wait to come back (ages 5 months, 4, 7,10,11,12,13,14, 16). We celebrated 2 birthdays and attended Good Friday Church and Easter Church at LifeGate (15 minutes away). Just had a fabulous weekend full or wonderful memories! Great hosts- we never met, but was no need too:) Loved it!!!

We could not have been happier with this property and the attention we received from Melissa and Steve. The house has a great layout, open kitchen, dining room, living room area. The house was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. This was a wonderful house for our family, ages 3-67. The movie theater, game room and outside space were all big hits. Any questions we had were responded to quickly, check in as well as check out were smooth. We would definitely rent this house again, it's a gem !
