Our home is dog-friendly (pre-registration + fees apply, limit two up to 25lbs), making it perfect for your family and furry friend to enjoy, with nearby dog-friendly beaches and a superb neighborhood for scenic dog walks. "Endless Summer" features the best amenities, including a Lovely Back Deck with BBQ, sitting area, ceiling fan, and a closet for beach gear! Additionally, our fenced back deck. features a completely private hot/cold outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after sun-soaked days at the beach. Additional chairs, beach toys for the kids, and boogie boards are in the toy closet on the back deck. In the garage you'll find a paddleboard and two bikes for exploring the area! Inside on the first floor enjoy a completely remodeled modern home with a NEW kitchen that includes an under counter ice maker, spacious living and dining areas, a washer/dryer, and a half bath. Parking is available on the 2-car driveway and there is ample street parking. Although the garage is not available for parking, there is direct access to the kitchen and home through the garage with room to safely store any gear you bring. Upstairs each bedroom has a mini-split A/C/heating unit so you control the temperature of your room in addition to sleeping on a new comfortable mattress. The primary has a cozy nook with a Lovesac, electric fireplace, and TV in addition to private access to the upper deck. You will be conveniently located near the Pensacola Pier and other Santa Rosa Island attractions and restaurants, Whether soaking up the Gulf views, strolling to the beach, enjoying the comforts of home, or exploring the town, "Endless Summer" is the ideal destination for your next Beach Getaway!
