Everything was great! Cleaned nice well furnished with lots of supplies. Host responded to questions quickly. Enjoyed our stay and will likely stay again.

Everyone in our group thought our stay could not have been better. We enjoyed a great thunder and lightening storm then saw sunrises, dolphins and stingrays at our feet on a beautiful, quiet beach.Thank you, Ben!!!

Loved the property-was in off season so it was very quiet-didn’t think anyone else was in the houses next to us until we got in the pool and “Karen” must have cameras on it because as soon as I got in-a man came out on the deck like he had been watching The Whole time and Karen met me at the pool within a x2 minute time frame reminding me of the rules of the pool-I immediately got out and did not return to the pool-other than that the home was very nice and clean and efficient with everything needed! The property address and check in instructions were not sent early enough to my desire but we got there and checked in all the same

We enjoyed our vacation & look forward to staying here again. It was nice to be able to walk down to the beach. This place was clean, the air conditioner worked, the beds were comfortable & the pool was nice to get in after being on the beach all day.Ben was very quick to reply & let us check in early since storms were coming in shortly after we arrived. We have zero complaints. Will be staying here again!

Had a very comfortable stay here. Very clean, plenty of supplies. Host very easy to contact. Let us check in 2 hrs early just because we got there early. Will be stay here again

My family had a lovely time at this property. Everything was wonderful: good air conditioning, excellent cleanliness throughout, a great location with easy access to the beach, quality furnishings and beds, spacious bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. We even enjoyed a gorgeous view of the moon and the stars on the balconies.

We loved it! They loved having the garage to keep our bikes in. The TVs weren’t great and it was very comfortable.

Had a wonderful time. The upper level balcony needs some work for safety reasons, but overall the house was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and incredibly convenient—close to plenty of stores, shops, great restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, which made the trip so easy and enjoyable. The area felt safe, lively, and perfect for exploring. We truly had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Ben was extremely responsive and the place was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach as well as a cool convenience store called the Local just across the street. Everything was just as expected with the addition of some beach items that we did not have to bring with us which was nice. There were plenty of cleaning supplies & a few condiments in the kitchen to get by during our stay as well. Overall we enjoyed our time and the location was just what we were looking for during our spring break.

Beautiful townhome! We stayed here for a family girls’ getaway and loved it. Very clean and comfortable, and the owner responded to my messages almost immediately. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

A cozy stay in a quieter spot of Pensacola Beach. The host communicated with us quickly and welcomed our pup which was great! Plenty of toiletries and paper supplies. Great A/C on the nest(not locked!) and lots of hot water/water pressure for super showering experiences! We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we brought our pup on vacation. The Local spot across Via de Luna was a great place for coffee and any forgotten supples. Thanks for a low key little get away place.

We left the 1st night and want a refund. Due to Black Mold , dirty dishwasher and garbage can. I took photos and I want my money refunded. We had to find somewhere else to stay that was clean and did not have black mold coming out of surveys.

Perfect Memorial Weekend Location

Excellent location for beach access, being fairly close to Portofino. Everyone had exactly what they needed and the garage availability really helped keep the car seats cool and made for an excellent place to organize packing the car each day.

This was exactly what we were looking for on this trip! Short walk and easy access to the beach, a short car ride to all the shops/restaurants, and the property couldn’t have been any more perfect for our small group of people and a puppy dog! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
