Beautiful Scottsdale awaits you in this fully furnished, nearly 1000 sq ft condo which borders bike and walking paths with easy access to Olde Towne Scottsdale. Take a leisurely walk or bike ride along the canal or free trolley ride to Fashion Square and Ole Towne. This long term rental (90 days) is price friendly and your perfect vacation home. If we can combine stays with other guests to meet the 90 days, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do. It is priced so you can book this for a month and still be cheaper than staying elsewhere for 2 weeks. So come visit spring training facilities or take in a Cactus League game. Bella Vita condos with its 2 pools awaits your return. Dog-friendly with some HOA restrictions. Owners hope to ensure the perfect stay.

David is a phenomenal host! Clear, prompt communication, very fair, reasonable and super easy to work with! Condo was spotless and is in a great location convenient to Old Town and tons of shopping and dining! Two king beds and two bathrooms was such a nice bonus! Would absolutely rent this unit again!

Great location very clean a

Place is in the heart of scottsdale very clean great parking yet super quiet great pool and jacuzzi/bbq aera will definitely stay hear again

Our hosts were very respectful and responsive to any inquiries. The location was perfect. Everything is close by. We loved that it’s pet friendly with plenty of grassy areas that are kept manicured. We were so pleased with our 3 month stay we’ve already scheduled our time for next year. Thank you to our fabulous hosts!!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for! Quiet complex, great location, convenient, well appointed and our host was the best! He was very easy to communicate with and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable and happy. Would love to stay again.

We had a really pleasant stay at this condo. The hosts were great—very communicative, kind, and welcoming. The place felt like a true family home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. We loved having access to the pool and fitness center, and the location was perfect—close to everything, including the park trail and nearby stores. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

David was absolutely fantastic. He communicated with us regularly, checked in to make sure everything was going well, and genuinely cared about our comfort. His attention to detail and thoughtful approach made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would gladly stay again!

Condo on the green belt

David's condo is in a great location on the green belt which was perfect for the bike riding I wanted to do while in Scottsdale. Old Town Scottsdale is only a short drive away and grocery stores are close by as well. I stayed for a month and the basic soaps, supplies, and toilet paper that were provided lasted for the month.

Retired school administrator married to a retired CPA. We decided to rent our home after we bought a property closer to our new grandson. We don’t know much about being landlords but we promise to do everything to make your stay wonderful. HOA guidelines say we must lease for 30 or more days.

You’ll have trouble finding a nicer area. There is a free trolley to take you around Scottsdale (M—F) and the complex borders the enormous Greenbelt for walking. The canal is close too. Great area!

It is close to everything. We often went weeks without using our car. That car was parked in the covered parking spot assigned to this condo
