Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, the easy walk to the beach, and the convenience of the golf cart—it’s a favorite feature among our guests. Just to clarify for future guests, the home is not advertised with an elevator, and per the owner’s request, it remains turned off to help preserve the equipment. The elevator is fully functional, just not an offered amenity at this time. Regarding the pool alarm, we completely understand it can take a little getting used to! Florida state law and insurance requirements mandate that any doors leading directly to a pool must be equipped with active alarms for safety reasons. For that reason, the alarms can’t legally be disabled or tampered with, but we do include clear instructions in both our arrival information and the in-home guide to make using them as seamless as possible. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. We’d love to welcome you back again soon!

However, none of the concerns you’ve mentioned were brought to our attention during your stay. We take pride in providing our guests with a 5-star experience, and it’s always our goal to address any issues as soon as they arise. Had we known about the glass on the patio, the pool light, the door handle, or any of the other concerns, we would have immediately sent our team to resolve them and ensure you had a more comfortable stay. We understand your frustration, and we truly wish you had reached out to us during your stay so we could have taken action.
