Sugar Beach Oasis beachfront condo in a fabulous family friendly low rise complex! Park in front of the condo, no long walks with luggage and no long elevator waits! Sugar Beach has a fresh water pond with turtles, a public grill area, clubhouse, shuffleboard, pool & tennis/pickle ball courts. Free early check-in when available!! Beach chair service for 2 included!!
Walking distance to Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, Bricks & Barley Pizza, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream shop, PCB Winery, golf, go-carts, shopping, etc.
**Must be 21 to rent due to complex restrictions.
The Space:
A one bedroom condo with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen size murphy bed in the living room. Included is a fully equipped kitchen, free high-speed WiFi, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, pickleball rackets, etc. There are "smart" TV's in the bedroom and living room with full streaming capability and local cable provided.
A $37 parking registration fee is required to be paid at Sugar Beach upon check-in. This will cover your parking pass.
*Trailers are $100 per space
*All trailers must be approved by the office before arrival
Pet friendly upon request and approval of owner/host. Vet records to be provided upon registration/check in. Pets approved by owner first. $50 Owner/Host Inside Pet Fee. HOA Pet Fee at registration. $80 first pet under 3 days plus $40 for 2nd pet under 3 days. 4 days and over is $150 First Pet, $50 Second Pet. No weight limit. Limit 2 pets per stay. No aggressive full breeds: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf Hybrid are not allowed.
