The view from the lanai was great, the pool was clean and nice to relax in and the beach was just a few more steps from the pool.

Great views. The grounds people keep the property clean. Pool access and the bakery being near was wonderful.

Great location for our itinerary. Was very quiet and relaxing. Clean and reasonably stocked had beach equipment and towels. Plenty of activities on site including swimming, pickleball and laundry although we had enough to do we did not utilize these amenities. Would recommend for a quiet get away.

Everything was perfect at the condo for our stay! Everything was clean and convenient! The location was exceptional. It was very quiet and very relaxing. We were able to enjoy the beach actually from our deck.

Almost perfect...

We had a great time. The unit is very nice. However, there is some deferred maintenance issues. The AC leaks water from the vents, including in the dining room ceiling onto the dining room floor. We kept using towels to mop up small puddles. The stereo system would have been excellent in the 1990s, but a) has a blown speaker and b) has not blue tooth option or way to connect one's phone or tablet .

We had a wonderful time in Maui and with our stay at Maalaea Surf!The location in Kihei is a great central spot on the island. Makes it easy to get to all the popular areas on the island without travel being too long. It’s also just a short drive to nearby restaurants and stores.The condo is spacious and comfortable. It was stocked with all the amenities you may need including beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen well stocked too. Beds were comfortable. Pretty good merge of support and softness.Being located right on the beachfront is great! The large lanai has a beautiful view of the ocean, beach and nearby islands. It was a peaceful way to start the day with coffee on the lanai and watching the canoes go by. With direct access to the beach it was so enjoyable to go for a morning or evening walk on the beach. The condo does face the pool so you will hear activity going on during the day if you have the doors open. But when closed they block out noise well. As others have mentioned there is some background road noise at times due to the proximity to the nearby road but it was nothing that kept us from sleeping. The overall property is well maintained and a quiet and relaxing location.
