I have updated the arrival instructions notifying future renters of the possibility of their GPS taking them to the wrong address. And provided additional descriptions of the location. I will also add more property markers for better visibility of the house number. I do not provide things such as shampoo/conditioner/body soap as I am uncertain of the sanitary component of a community dispenser. The property is in a country setting and utilizes a septic system. Some people are unfamiliar with these systems and do not understand why toilet paper or any other paper products are to be flushed. That is the reasoning for the signs instructing all paper waste products to be disposed in the trash, not the toilet. Not a warning, as you described, just a friendly request. I will have a plumber out to ensure everything is operating as should be. Again, thank you for your feedback.
