Our stay was great and loved location. The bedroom in the basement didn’t have air conditioning or a window to open which was needed during an unusually warm weather during our stay. A couple things that are needed are cleaning supplies, ice tray and toaster. The highlight of our trip was going to the blueberry cafe and listening to live music and taking in the amazing views.

Cozy Cuddler’s Cottage was a perfect place for us to stay while a little work was being done on our house, not too far away. Clean. Easy in and out. Excellent rate. Great hosts and fantastic communications (we’ve known them for a while from the associated Blueberry Tree House Farm and Cafe). Highly recommended.

First, I should mention I was not expecting West falls to be so amazingly beautiful. I have been to Buffalo before, but never really paid attention to the outlying areas. Make sure if you were staying here get out and explore the area. I found around every corner more natural beauty to awe me!This property was completely as promised. Plenty of room to spend downtime with friends. This was one of the most complete kitchens I have ever experienced while staying at a rental property. I had actually started packing my own kitchen equipment that I knew I would want one cooking meals and I did not have to break out a single item. As a person who enjoys cooking even on vacation I found that to be a great plus for this property.The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage available. The bed I slept in was so comfortable. My friend said the same.The shower was great, and even with three of us staying there we never had any issues with not having enough hot water. The towels were highly absorbent and yet still very soft. Plus, there were plenty of them available for the three of us.Parking was right next to our apartment and the security is the area was very good with plenty of lighting at night.The apartment itself was very soundproof. Which made it easy to sleep in late.House rules were simple and check out requirements were minimal. Take out trash and leave towels in the bathroom. No crazy cleaning requirements.!Would 100% return.

There was one fairly significant issue (no one's fault and involved an unexpected but necessary repair) which is why I gave 4/5. However, the hosts were very quick to respond when we reached out and did everything they could to remedy the problem. The space was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The Treehouse is amazing and we wished we had more time to hang out there! We also wished it was blueberry season! I would stay here again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Jyl was an awesome host and was quick with communication. My only advice would be to thoroughly review the entrance and exit to the property before you head out for the first time, as it was a wee bit confusing the first time we headed out. Other than that (which is frankly just being rather nitpicky), this is a great place to stay.
