Come experience this private tropical paradise as you relax by the pool with your favorite cold beverage. This beautiful home-away-from-home is located in a great neighborhood close to everything. Professionally and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail throughout. Fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Split floor plan with primary bedroom and full bath on one side; two bedrooms and another full bath on the other side. Ceiling fans in every room. A beautiful tropical garden provides privacy for the electric heated pool and lanai with southern exposure. Screened lanai has ample patio furniture for poolside meals and relaxation. Pool and yard are maintained weekly by professionals. Beaches and other attractions are just minutes away. (NOTE: The owner keeps one vehicle stored in the two car garage. We are not responsible for left behind items.)

Our stay was AMAZING! Many "convenience locations" were close so it was a short drive to Publix, liquor store, restaurants, etc. I loved that the TV was in guest mode so I could "log on" to all my streaming networks that re-set when I left. We talked with Tom for a bit on the first night of our visit and he was so helpful in recommendations for the area. We will DEFINITELY BE RETURNING and I will be offering "stays" to my friends/family as presents, where I pay for their stay to be here. I "100% recommend" this location for anyone's visit.

House and pool were very clean and welcoming. This is the third time that we stayed here, and we love it! The house is equipped with everything that you should need during your stay. Lots of shopping nearby and the host was always answered our questions promptly. We will be coming back soon!

Very nice place

Our stay at the house was a very good experience. The heated pool was 86 degrees every day we were there and was enjoyed. Definitely would recommend!

Can't say enough good things.House was immaculate, complete, refreshed and convenient.We had a bit of bad luck with the weather being pretty chilly (for FL), but house was very comfortable.Pool was cool (temp), but as everything else, super clean and fun.House decor is light and fun, it's located close enough to get to stuff quickly, but far enough out that any hustle, bustle is left behind.Finally, hosts were great and available for any questions.Really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

In the middle of all the places you want to go. Exactly as described. Close to Target and good places to eat. Bonus amenities, beach chairs, umbrella,cooler fishing poles. Top notch host.

Nice Stay

The house was clean and in a good location. We appreciated the host allowing us to check in a little early. The house met out needs for our week stay. The pool was nicely heated. The outside area was nice, but could use some additional lighting for use later in the evening.

Quick getaway

Just what we needed!

I had never tried VRBO before. We were coming to Fort Myers for my sons baseball tournament. A hotel would just not have worked. Our first impression of the house as we arrived was that it was absolutely beautiful! Then inside, well it was even better! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family, and the 2 bathrooms were an added bonus for us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for making meals. The pool area was wonderful, s relaxing and refreshing after spending the day at the ballpark! The owners are wonderful and answer questions right away! They gave us some food recommendations and we tried a couple and it was absolutely amazing! Having the washer and dryer was super convenient for baseball uniforms! We absolutely loved the house, the area, and extra activities nearby and I would definitely rent this house again!

This property was perfect for our stay.

We had such an enjoyable stay at this house. It was the perfect size and had all of the amenities of home. The pool and patio were perfect. We also found that the location was excellent. We hope to book this property on another visit to Cape Coral.

Hurricane Ian Ruined Our Vacation!

Property was great. Management were accommodating. Sadly, we went right when hurricane Ian came through and we barely were able to stay less than 2 full days before we had to evacuate! Again property was great, weather was not!

Short get away

Property was just like home. Comfortable and loved. Had issues with air conditioning ( that was given prompt attention by home owner) and pool needed to be cleaned but both were minor issues. Overall our stay was great. Would def recommend this property to others. Totally worth it!
