The Loft @ 417 is the perfect place for your next visit to historic downtown De Pere. Your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique loft located just 10 minutes from Lambeau Field. Guests will enjoy the charming coffee shops, restaurants, and the St. Norbert College campus all within walking distance of the loft. This historic property was completely renovated in 2024 with original wood floors and exposed brick walls highlighting the character of this unique space.

Place is amazing, the owners have done an incredible job renovating the loft. Every detail seemed to be taken care of. My wife loved the decor too.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and a perfect fit for our family. Our 12 & 14 year olds loved sharing the master bedroom! Check-in directions were clear and easy. Smooth process with great hosts!

My adult daughters and I had a great stay. We walked to eat and shop easily. The loft is beautifully decorated and designed. We loved reading about the History of the building and the restoration. Tom the owner was very helpful.

Wedding Weekend with friends

The Loft was the perfect spot for our overnight stay in De Pere, everything was as pictured, with so many added extras! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Wonderful! This place was so cozy, perfectly decorated, stocked with everything you would need. The small details of comfort did not go unnoticed. We stayed for 10 days and hated to leave. It was an amazing experience! Highly recommended!!

One of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had. Not only was the place immaculate but it was so cute and well decorated. The host was a great communicator and the unit was stocked with everything that we needed including some local Wisconsin beers and sodas which were such a nice surprise after our long drive! 10/10 recommend and 100% will stay here again if we’re in the area for another Packer game night!

Came for the Bengals - Packers game. The place was spotless, great for friends to hang out and Tom was awesome. Very communicative and friendly. I have stayed at many VRBO / AB&B and this was top notch. Highly recommend. Only thing that could have been better would have been a Bengals win. Must say the Packers fans must be thr nicest in the NFL.

Super cool flat above a commercial space in a historic building, completely refurbished and so beautifully decorated. Interesting artwork throughout, high-quality furniture, great bed, very spacious two-bedroom, two-bath.For just the two of us it was on the high end of what we'd normally want to pay, but the place is outstanding and well worth it. For two couples, it would be a screaming deal.The host was very responsive, and had a notebook of recommendations that we found very helpful.

This property is beautiful and very comfortable. Tom provided everything necessary for our stay. The town was so much fun to explore. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Green Bay!

This was a great stay! The Loft is absolutely one of a kind and beautiful inside and out. But honestly the best part of the experience was the host Tom. He was so kind and quick with his communication, which made all of the difference in our stay.
