Welcome to our South Austin home, nestled just south of the city's lively core. If you're looking for a peaceful spot just a few blocks from South Congress Ave, where you can enjoy all that Austin has to offer while still having a serene retreat, you've found the ideal place! Our 2-bedroom home, complete with outdoor dining, embodies the unique charm and vibrant spirit that make Austin so special.
This unit is the 2nd unit. It is located behind unit 1.
The Space:
Experience comfort and charm in this inviting retreat, where you'll have access to the entire home, except for one locked storage closet. This thoughtfully designed property offers two cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for relaxation. Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy the fresh air on the outdoor patios. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available, along with parking that includes one driveway space and paid street options. Every detail is crafted to create a memorable and seamless stay!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all space in unit 2 except for 1 closet. The guest will not have access to unit 1 at the front of the property.

Our location grants you easy access to the city's renowned attractions, live music venues, eclectic dining scene, and outdoor adventures. Whether you're here for the music festivals, the delicious barbecue, or the vibrant arts scene, you'll be just a stone's throw away from it all.
Getting Around:
4 blocks off of South Congress Ave! This area provides many ways to get around Austin. Whether it is a rideshare, electric scooter, bicycle, or personal vehicle, all are welcome and readily available.

Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.
Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.
HOUSE RULES
- Occupancy [ 4 ]
- You will have access to unit 2 but not to unit 1.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- 1 pet is allowed for an additional $100 fee. Pet should not be more than 30 lbs.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay.
- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesday for this property. Please do not place any trash bags into compost or recycling.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
Landscaping: Scheduled for the 15th and 28th of month, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
