Our onsite services team works core business hours Monday through Friday and can be scheduled in for a site visit if you are in need of extra assistance.

This suite is part of a multi suite building. You will have access to themain floor and top floor of half of this duplex. The other half of the duplex and the basement suite is available to be booked as well - but the guests in each suite do not have access into each others units.

The only shared amenities are:
Garbage and organics bins outdoors, Outdoor yard space around the complex & the laundry machines (washer / dryer) which can be accessed by this suite & the basement suite of the half of the duplex you are in.

Air conditioning is available on the main and upper floors. The basement is not air-conditioned, but fans are provided to help keep the space comfortable.

Our homes do not include a formal living room area. All available spaces are shown in the listing photos, and the layout is accurately represented.

The other half of this duplex and the basement suite are all rented as independent units and you would not have access to those spaces - those guests also will not have access to your space.

All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.

A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.
