We had a wonderful time in Rocky Point and really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean overall, comfortable, and Evelyn was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was amazing, and we really enjoyed our time there. The property itself was a highlight of our trip.The only area for improvement would be communication leading up to check-in. Some of the check-in information and details about items we should bring could have been communicated more clearly and in advance. There were also a few items we expected to be provided, as they are typically available at other vacation rentals, so having a more detailed list of what is and isn’t supplied would have been helpful.Overall, we had a great experience and thought the property was fantastic. With a little improvement in communication and guest preparation, this could be an even better experience for future guests!

We really liked the accessibility from the first floor to the swimming pools and the beach. Three bedrooms and three baths were nice and large. There were a few items that needed repair such as the TV garbage disposal some light lighting, but we notified the owner and they promised to fix it. We would probably stay there again.

Clean, spacious and great locale

Loved that there were a few beach toys and a toddler floatee available to use. Great location and the property manager was super communicative.

Great property with perfect location!

Beautiful large condo that is on ground level. Very convenient for getting to the pool and the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great Family Trip

We loved staying in Evelyn's condo...and the check in process couldn't have been easier. Being on the ground floor was especially nice for our small children. We will stay here again!

Perfect Room

One of the most amazing properties in room that we stayed at. We travel to Rocky three or four times a year and this is by far our favorite place.

Clean, well stocked, and great for kids!

This property was great. Being on the first floor with kids was amazing and they had their condo stocked with beach toys and fun toys the kids played with. Very close to the beach and the pools and the amenities at the resort are amazing. We loved our time here and would definitely book here again
