Create a Dream vacation in our Spectacular Wrap Around Condo! Winter Rates $249

This is as close to the water as you can get. Enjoy the sound of the ocean surf and the sweeping views from this 4th floor premium condominium while being only steps from the best and most secluded section of Sandy Beach. You will be staying in a premium rated condominium of the preferred West Tower. The condo is fully equipped with everything that you will need, including it's own private laundry room.

If you selected the Sonoran Sun Resort then you obviously know your way around Rocky Point. We know that it is one of the best values on the entire beach, and we match or beat any competitors rate at any of the Sonoran properties. The condo is perfect for two families sleeping 8 people comfortably. (will allow 8 adults & 2 kids (under 10) in condo, extra charge for over 8 people) $25.00 a day per person. It has two king beds, one queen, one full bed. will have to be approved with owner & hoa for over 8! all fees paid in advance

Oceanfront beauty

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The views were spectacular and the beds were comfortable. Communication with Michelle was great and we all agreed that we would stay here again.

Great stay

We had an overall great stay. Great views from balcony. Beds were soft. Plenty of towels for 5 of us. Everything was clean but floors could’ve used a little more attention. Enjoyed the pools and beach area. We would stay here again !

Great experience

We go to Rocky Point a lot and this was the best property we’ve stayed at. The patio is amazing and the Sonoran Sun is an awesome resort. We’ll not go anywhere else from now on!

What a beautiful, clean, spacious condo with an amazing balcony. Everything about the place was as advertised. We'll definitely rent again in the future. A true 5 star experience.

Perfect set up

Always love coming to the Sonoran Sun resort in Rocky Point and this unit did not disappoint, it was very clean and was exactly what we were looking for.

MDW 2024

Kurt and Michelle's condo at Sonoran Sun was perfect for our family trip over MDW. My girlfriend and I booked this trip as an combo 18th birthday and HS graduation gift for her daughter. The condo had all the necessary items needed and the wrap around balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or a couple of adult beverages in the evening after a day at the pool or beach.

Great Place

This was our first time staying at this location. The condo was nice and clean. The patio furniture was perfect for enjoying the evening sunsets on the wrap around porch. It was perfect for our 2 families. Beds were comfortable and furniture seemed pretty new. The one thing we wish we would have known was we needed to bring our own coffee for the coffee maker. Michelle was very responsive to any questions we had or issues. Which was only a clogged sink which was fixed within an hour of letting her know. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends/family and would definitely stay here again.

Great Space for 3 Couples

Beautiful location, great balcony and beach. Condo could use some additional supplies in the kitchen like more silverware. Specially it worked well for our 3 couples.

Awesome!

We had THE BEST vacation! Michelle and Kurt were awesome to work with and super accommodating. The condo was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. It is very comfy and roomy. The property itself is very well cared for. We will book this condo for every trip!

Great stay with plenty of room!

Slept 8 comfortably. Great location and nice resort. Fridge was a little slow at keeping things cold. Put some items in freezer. But overall great stay!

Beautiful condo!

The condo was amazing, looks just like the pictures. The owners are awesome at getting back to you with any questions. I’ve stayed at the Sonoran Sun resort before and loved it and this condo did not disappoint. Would definitely book again! One and only little problem was one of the guest rooms did not have blackout curtains and the property right next door kept their lights on all night and the curtains in there did not fit or keep that light out. Other than that, we loved it and will be back! 10 out of 10.

Very nice condo, beautiful views, couldn’t ask for more!

We had a great time in Puerto Penasco. This condo had everything we wanted/needed and was everything it said it was. You can’t beat the view from the balcony & it was plenty of space for all 9 of us. We had a really nice time and would definitely rent this space again. Thank you.

Great place for family time

Overall, a great place to stay. Needs a deep cleaning, vents and fake flowers were very dusty. But the sliding glass door was so clean my nephew ran right into it! Haha! Very well stocked kitchen with pots/pans/utensils. Checkin process was very easy. Pools and beach were kept clean and nice to enjoy.

Birthday get away.

The place is gorgeous and the views from the wrap around balcony were amazing. The pool and the resort was great with the swim up bar and the food there was good too. The location is great. Lots of restaurants near by and the restaurant on the resort was great. It’s close enough to Wrecked on the reef and Banditos that you could take a 15 min walk to either one. I would definitely stay here again. Michelle was great at communicating and responding to my text. Thank you for a great experience for my bday.

This place is incredible! The best by far!

This condo exceeded all our expectations. We had a large party (10ppl) and space was very concerning until we got there. It's very spacious, we didn't feel crowded at all. Everything about the condo was amazing. The pool, swim up bar, kiddie pool area, beach, location, food... All five stars! We'll definitely be back.

Home Away From Home

This is a great condo! There is plenty of room and the split bedroom layout is perfect for couples or families. The wrap around balcony is fantastic! Furnishings are comfortable and the condo was well stocked. We had an issue with the main water (to the entire building) being off for a few hours but Michelle, the owner, was quick to get us additional bottled water to get us through the outage. We all had a great time and highly recommend this property!

Short beach getaway with framily

We love the Sonoran Sun and have stayed in several different units and always had a great experience. This was no exception. The host was responsive to our needs and friendly and the property was clean and had amazing views that we took full advantage of! It was a relaxing and fun getaway with our family and friends. The layout fit our needs perfectly and the unit contained everything we needed.

When you rent a one of our condos, you can rest assured that our condos are always updated and well maintained.

Our goal is that you have the best vacation ever, and want to come back for years to come.The first time we went to Rocky Point, it was the best vacation we'd ever had. We rent our condos out so that other people can experience the joy of a great beach vacation in a beautiful condo.
