The ideal location. The bay within sight and within feet of the condo. Beach is easy walk across the street. Condo was in great shape and comfortable. Washer/dryer and all other appliances worked well. Owner easy to communicate with.

This is our 5th year staying at this property and we call it our home away from home! Our children refuse to go anywhere else for vacation each year and there are many reasons for that! Highly recommend this vacation rental…. You will have no regrets!

We had an amazing stay in Pensacola! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The views were beautiful, and the location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was very responsive and made the entire process easy from booking to checkout. Our family made so many great memories here, and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a fun and stress-free Pensacola getaway!

Awesome property and great location . Close enough to everything you want to do and just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Beach was right across the street. The bay right there was also great for when the kids wanted to play! Great fishing from pier also!

Lovely Pensacola condo

We loved our stay at this condo! It was updated and very charming. Easy to access and great communication with the host. There was so much to do close by. Also, The beds were very comfortable.

Love the location

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is well stocked with kitchen necessities, and well labeled/organized. We enjoyed playing some of the games in the living room. Notice the living room furniture in the pictures…it is low to the ground, appears to be outdoor furniture. Not the most comfortable, but it was fine. Great location between the gulf and the bay. We spent time on the deck enjoying the view of the gulf. John was quick to respond to any questions I had. We had a great time!

2 national championships

We came to watch my daughter s dance team compete for the national championship. They danced for 3 days but won the championship. Trophy and all and our LSU baseball team won the championship the weekend when we got there beach water temperature was perfect and my son and I got a round of golf in. The condo was amazing. Looking from the outside you would never think it was so nice inside. Top notch we go to the beach every year but from now on we are coming here. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay in the Boardwalk Condominiums! It was the perfect location right on the bay, right across the street from the gulf beach, and steps from the pool. The three story condo offers and entry level with a closet for storage, second level for a living area and eat in kitchen plus a half bath, and a third level with both bedrooms and bathrooms with showers. Each level has walkout access to the deck. It’s quieter on this end of Fort Pickens with way less traffic than the main beaches on Pensacola beach. We would definitely stay here again!!
