The beach view was awesome!Didn’t use the pool. However, my room was directly over it and it looked very nice and clean. The only problem I saw with the room was finding an empty Coke bottle left behind the bedside table. The Host and especially the breakfast food and the overseer are always great!

The person I spoke to when I called to ask information about check-in had a terrible tone and attitude with me. The Ice maker didn’t make much ice at all, the Fridge and freezer were not very cold, even on last day. We put popsicles in the freezer on Thursday and they weren’t frozen til Saturday night. The shower and carpets were dirty. The bunk beds were dangerous without any bars guarding a child from falling. Pool was the most disgusting pool I’ve ever seen operating and open to guests. It was never clean and green the entire time we were there. There was no access to dumpster to take the trash out. The cleaning crew was there at 9:30 knocking on the door to clean up, even though checkout was at 10 and they slowed us down because they were blocking the narrow way to the elevator so we had to squeeze through with all of our luggage.Otherwise, everything else was very clean and the sealed bag with layout couch sheets and comforter for the pull out couch was great! The beds were clean.

Hi, we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We’re also sorry your interaction with our team left you with that impression, as that’s never the experience we want for our guests. We checked the refrigerator and freezer after departure and found them cooling properly; making sure both doors are fully closed is important for maintaining temperature. We truly wish we had heard from you during your stay about this or the other concerns so we could have inspected and addressed them at the time. The pool is maintained and serviced by the condominium association, and we received no notice that it was closed or unusable during your stay. We’re glad to hear the beds were clean and that you appreciated the packaged sleeper sofa linens.

The family really enjoyed staying in this condo, pools were always clean, very easy beach access. Definitely would stay again.

Carribean 502

Was a very nice place and nicely equipped. The air conditioner needs some serious attention though. Was lucky it wasn’t middle of summer or we would have been miserable. Air conditioning did not work properly but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Great place to just unwind from the everyday grind!! Great location, close to everything and everywhere we wanted to do or just say in and not do!! Will rebook this again
