We have wireless internet access in our condominum and we are located only 1/4 mile to the west on Beach Blvd and we are so close to the center of town(Highway 59)….with shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. LVP in bedrooms and beautiful ceramic tile flooring in kitchen, den and baths. Flat screen tvs in den and bedrooms. Den has 49" smart tv.

Enjoy covered and outdoor parking for your vehicle (2 vehicle limit) at this 2nd floor condo. Your reservation will include one parking permit with a 2nd permit available for purchase if you are bringing 2 vehicles. Private, covered deck overlooks the beach, gulf front pool and Gulf of Mexico. This is a very low density complex with 18 total units. Centrally located elevator makes this condo very accessible and it’s a short, quick walk to our pool, the beach and the gulf!!

You will find a common area downstairs with 2 charcoal grills for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during the summer season. We are a smoke-free complex, we don’t allow smoking inside the condo or on the balcony. We do have a covered designated smoking area downstairs. We welcome SNOWBIRDS!
