We are glad you enjoyed the trip! We do offer the option to add the grill (that may have been an oversight when booking) . We rent them so that they are clean, safe and full of propane for every use. It is a small additional cost ,but an option if you wanted. Safe travels home!

We bought this home in July 2016, after renting from others for 9 years while vacationing in Florida with our 2 children. We enjoyed staying in homes because it provided good downtime after a busy park day. We are from Massachusetts and love to escape the cold and enjoy sunny Florida whenever we can. Having a home in Florida allows us to do this frequently. We love sharing our home with family and friends. Our guests are just as important to us. Visiting this area is typically for a family vacation filled with all the exciting things that florida has to offer. Making lasting memories!! We take pride in our home and make sure you have everything you need to settle in and create those memories with your family and friends. The area has been built up so much over the years and it makes it easy to access dining, shopping and golf in a 2 mile radius If you have any questions or need further information please feel free to email me directly at give me a call/text at 508-436-0273.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The neighborhood is in a great location about a mile from Champions Gate. Disney is 8 to 10 min away and Universal is 15. The area has been built up over the years so accessibilty to dining at a variety of restaraunts, shopping and golfing are all within a 2 mile radius , as well as pharmacies and emergency room . The neighborhood is safe and has both permanent residents and vacation rentals.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

First and foremost is that we genuinely take pride in our home and strive to provide our guests with a pleasant, clean and comfortable experience. While we don't have themed rooms, which are exciting to seek out for Disney trips, we chose against it as we also get groups traveling for golfing trips or families spending time for other reasons. Our home seems to be appealing for reasons like good communication, cleanliness, extra space, accessibility to the parks, groceries, dining, spa, golf, medical services. Other features are:

KEYLESS ENTRY WITH NEWLY GENERATED CODE FOR EACH GUEST.

PRIVACY PANELS ON POOL ENCLOSURE, for extra privacy while swimming.

THE LAYOUT OF OUR HOME ALLOWS FOR 2 OR MORE FAMILIES TO COMFORTABLY SHARE THE SPACE DUE TO THE LOCATIONS OF THE BEDROOMS AND HAVING 2 LIVING ROOMS. THE 2 SUITES ARE AT OPPPSITE ENDS OF THE HOUSE WITH THE 2 TWIN ROOMS AND GAME.ROOM IN THE MIDDLE.

2 LIVING ROOMS WITH TV'S AND A GAME ROOM ALLOWS FOR KIDS, TEENS, AND ADULTS TO ALL ENJOY THE SPACE WITHOUT FEELING CROWDED.
