Luxurious, Modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with high vaulted ceilings. The modern decor and color scheme creates an open, airy feel. This home has a great layout that allows one family privacy or 2 families or friends the ability to vacation together. There are 2 Master Suites at opposite ends of the house, as well as 2 living rooms with 42” flat screen tv’s. There are 2 twin rooms located in the middle of the house. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Bedrooms accommodate up to 8. The king master with en-suite is located at the back of the home. It has a spa tub, double sinks, and stand up shower, as well as a slider to the pool and 42” flat screen tv. The second queen master is located at the front of the house with an en-suite with a shower/tub combo and 32” flat screen tv. The remaining 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each and share a full bath.

The front living room consists of a lounge/tv area with 42” flat screen and full dining table. The back living room is open concept with lounge/tv area with 42” flat screen, kitchen, breakfast bar and nook and slider to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and has everything you need. It is fully stocked to give you that at home feel by taking breaks from dining out for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A high chair, pack and play, and umbrella stroller are provided for the tiny ones.

Now let’s talk fun! The house is located 10 to 15 minutes from ALL ATTRACTIONS. The GAME ROOM features a pool table, indoor basketball, foosball table, and xbox station perfect for indoor fun. The private, screened in pool provides hours of outdoor fun in the sun!

Family Summer Vacation

Clean Spacious Home

The house was perfect for accommodating 2 families. It was clean and in a great location to parks and stores. The kids really enjoyed the pool after a long day at the park and for our rest days. We had a great experience and hope to be back one day. Thank you again for opening your home to us!

The house is very well taken care of. I believe in the master bdrm the comforter and pillows may not have been washed. However we washed the pillow and left the comforter alone. The house had everything in small amounts. So we added trash bags - cleaning spray - more dishwasher pods - dish soap and spices (as we season everything from La.). Overall an excellent experience. Will try and rent again from her. Loved the area and the pool. 5 star all the way.

Amazing!

The house was clean upon arrival, exactly as described. Close to all attractions and shopping. Pool was awesome, kids loved the colour changing lights when swimming at night. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Beautiful home

We stayed here and drove back and forth to the Disney parks. With traffic figure At least 45 minutes. This was not a problem for us since the home with its own pool was perfect for our family.It’s was stocked with enough to get us through till we got to a store. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils. There are pool toys in the garage.

Great Vacation Home!!!

Very clean home. Pool is excellent. Very central to everything, airport, grocery stores, restaurants, and Disney Parks. Communication with the homeowner is excellent. I would definitely recommend this home. I would also stay here again!

Christmas in Florida

Traveled from Ohio to spend Christmas in Florida with my family. We were not disappointed! The house was lovely and spacious for my family of 5. After spending long days at the parks, being able to come home to a nice home rather than being bunched up in an hotel was refreshing! No complaints here.

Family vacation

Heated pool was great. Plenty of room. Master bed mattress was nice. Privacy fence around pool was nice. Close to Disney ( I-4 traffic unavoidable even 3 miles was bumper to bumper). We struggled with the Roku ( not use to it)

Would stay again

Villa had plenty of space and had everything we needed for a fantastic time in Florida, Laura was very responsive on the few occasions I contacted her and also messaged me during our stay to make sure everything was ok. One thing I would note is the games room could do with some way of cooling it down as it was way to warm (maybe heat from the boiler being there), couldn't find a way to open the garage door which might have helped BUT to be fair I didn't mention it to Laura as it wasn't a big deal.

Can't wait to go back

This house had everything we were looking for. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Having 2 living rooms and a game room was an added bonus because the adults and teens could have seperate spaces to hang out. The beds were comfortable. The pool was gorgeous and we had sun all day to work on our tans. It was so close to all the parks and we even took a drive to the beach. We loved having the ability to make so meals at home and do laundry. We are already booked for our 2nd trip!!!!

Great location for Disney or Universal. Property seemed well maintained and clean.

Very spacious . House had everything you might need except for a grill . My only complaint is not being able to turn air conditioning below74 degrees. We like to be outdoors a lot and when I come in I want a cool house. That being said I would use this house again if we return to the area.

Met our expectations. Please swap out the mats in the big master bathroom at the back as they do not adhere to the floor and slide when you step on them which is very dangerous. Update the bed linens as the sheets had a couple of blue stains and are kind of warn out. Overall we were all pleased with the property and pool. Thank you

Spring Break

Had a wonderful time in the house. House was clean and well outfitted with many towels, kitchen items, etc. found the house to be as described. Was very convenient to all of the parks (Disney, Universal and Seaworld). We all enjoyed the pool, especially after a hot day in the parks. Host was very responsive to any questions we had, which also made things more enjoyable.

We bought this home in July 2016, after renting from others for 9 years while vacationing in Florida with our 2 children . It was a highly sought after home because it rented heavy throughout the year due to location near the parks. We took a few months to update the decor and furniture, paint the entire house, tile the floor, resurface the pool and update appliances. We did all of these things to make the home as comfortable and inviting as possible. When we vacation there we don't want to leave. We started renting in late November once everything was completed and we have great responses from guests.
