Relax in our remodeled vacation home. We welcome a maximum of 3 adults, or up to 2 adults + 2 small children. Enjoy the updated custom-built kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. We updated and installed a new sliding door with built-in blinds, bedroom window and shade, heating and air conditioning unit in the bedroom, living room furniture, bathtub, bathroom and bedroom vanities, queen mattress & box spring, floor tile, and carpeting.

This quiet, top-floor, 1 bedroom condo has a view of Park City Mountain Resort. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a 43" Smart Samsung TV, and plenty of storage. The living room has updated furniture including a queen sleeper sofa (perfect for 1 adult or 2 small children), a comfortable chair, a storage cabinet, and a 50" Smart Samsung TV. (We do not have cable television service.) The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, bedding, shampoo/conditioner, and hair dryer are provided. We also provide coffee for our guests..

On-site amenities include a year-round indoor hot tub, and an outdoor heated pool open April/May thru October. There is also free parking, coin laundry facilities, vending machines, and an elevator. The condo also has free WiFi, air conditioning, fireplace, and bathtub with shower.

Within walking distance of the Carriage House are many restaurants, shops, and a grocery store.

Park City has a free bus system with bus stops just outside the Carriage House complex, and buses run from morning until night. Buses serve Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, historic Main Street, and shopping and dining areas within Park City and Kimball Junction.

The Carriage House is just across the street from the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail. This 28 mile rail trail offers recreational opportunities for hikers, bikers, and x-country skiers. It is also just a 1+ mile walk to historic Main Street.

Prior to our guests arrival we will send our Welcome Guide with helpful information including security codes and directions.

Great location in a nice condo

We stayed 5 nights and were able to walk to everything, including bike rental shops,.dining, groceries, etc. Newly renovated condo, lovely amenities but building is older.

Clean & comfortable

Comfortable and clean. Easy check-in and checkout. Great for my daughter and I to rest or to drive to shopping in between soccer games. Host was quick to call back when I had a question. Would stay again.

Another great ski week

We always choose this condo when visiting Deer Valley, Julie and Steve are marvelous hosts--condo is in perfect location. We'll register for it in advance of our planned stays this next year.

Great Location

Anniversary ski trip 🎿

Place was as described, very cozy and great location. Walkable to most restaurants and bus stops right across property making it very easy to move around ( rental car stayed unused until our last day back to airport) very convenient… we had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon…

Getaway in the heart of Park City

This was our first time in Park City, UT with our two teenagers, 13 and 15: we were so excited to go skiing, and this little condo was simply perfect. Clean, cozy, very conveniently located, had everything we needed to get our breakfasts and dinners, watch a movie (one TV for kids one for adults, enjoy the ambience of the fireplace and play some board games. The owner, Julia, was wonderful! She provided us with all the info we needed, helpful tips and recommendations, was super quick to respond to all our questions. If you are like us, and plan to be out and about most of the time, this condo is a true gem. Loved every minute of our worry-free vacay!

Cozy and Clean

Cozy, clean and comfortable! The Carriage House was close to restaurants, bus stops and 7-11! Bus stops are important, because they are free and take you anywhere you want to go in beautiful Park City, Utah.

A Great Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The accommodations were as described and the location was convenient to Park City, but had numerous good restaurants in easy walking distance that also made it possible to eat without going into town. After the second day we made great use of the free bus service that stopped just down the street.

Great condo

Wonderful condo -- lives up to description and reviews. Was clean and comfortable and plenty large for my son and I. the kitchen was well stocked that we were able to cook dinners most the time. The condo is close to supermarkets and restaurants and the Park City bus system made it easy to get to the ski mountains and Main St resturants/bars. The hot tub was a great after ski way to relax. Julie and STeve were great hosts, very responsive with any issues or questions. Would definitely return here again.

Excellent stay

We had a great stay! The place was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was nice at the end of the day. The bus stop is a few steps away. Julie was responsive and helpful whenever needed!

Salt Lake City Stay

Julie was GREAT to deal with. Very responsive and helpful. The condo was small, but made the most of the space. It was exactly what the write up said. Nice touches … nightlight in bathroom, crock pots and many pots and pans for cooking. Great location. We went xc skiing on the rail trail. Short ride into town

Skiing has been a part of our lives since we were children; in fact, we first met on the slopes at a little ski resort in Frontenac, Minnesota. Since those early years we have continued to enjoy the sport with our now grown children and other family members. After skiing out West for many years, we have decided to make Park City the location of our vacation home. We have come to enjoy the summers in Park City as much as the winters with miles of bike trails, golf courses, tennis courts, etc. Park City has such quick airport access, and some of the best skiing in the world.

It took us over two years to find the ideal condo for our vacation home. We were impressed with the quality and affordability of the Carriage House. We also enjoy the quiet, 4th floor setting with a view of Park City Mountain Resort. The location is fantastic as everything is within walking distance: The Rail Trail, grocery stores, restaurants, sports shops, and so much more. The bus stops are just steps away. In the winter we can just put on our boots, jump on the bus, and be at a world-class ski resort in minutes. In the summer we have access to numerous bike trails by riding across the street to get onto the Rail Trail.
