Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Cozy studio located in a quiet neighborhood, with a large yard. Features a full sized kitchen, and roomy bathroom. Hiking trails, shopping centers, and pick your own fresh fruit farms are just a few activities nearby. The gorgeous White Mountain are less than a 2 hour scenic drive away.

The rocky coastline with its beautiful state parks and seafood fare. The scenic views of the white mountains with breathtaking scenery during foliage season. Many local restaurants and ice cream shops.
Close to lake Winnipesaukee for summer and winter activities. Lots of places to hike. Many
pick your own fresh produce farms near by. Close to many county fairs during fair season. And much more hope to see you soon.
Other things to note
Hosts live next door. Private non shared studio above detached garage. Garage not included in rental space.
Additional rules:
No smoking allowed. Smoking any substance indoors will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
check in time is 4-8 pm alternative time accommodations must be made when booking
check out time is before 11am
all guests must be registered
pets- dogs only. 1 dog large allowed for a fee. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Must use dog run provided or on a leash no loose dogs. Guests responsible for cleaning up after dog pooper scooper provided. Guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by dogs.

This neighborhood is quiet asside from the hum of local street traffic. Just on the outskirts of town but a short drive into town.
