We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.
☆ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy or refund policy.
☆ Reservations booked for 28 days or more will require additional screening process, security deposit and supplemental lease agreement to approve reservation.
☆Quiet hours are strictly enforced at this property. No use of outside patios past 9pm.
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property.
3) Quiet hours 9pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.
4) Must be 25 years and older to book.
5) NO PETS allowed
6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10) No glass bottles near hot tub. No sand/dirt/ grass allowed in hot tub . Please rinse off prior to using. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pool requires additional cleaning or draining. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
11) All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
Any violations of the house rules are subject to a minimum $500 fine with Host’s rights to cancel reservation and immediate removal from property with no refund.
*The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Occupancy Agreement (“Agreement”) made between the following:

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host located at: (the “Premises.)
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00 AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
