We had a great time at this property and rented it a number of times back prior to 2020. We had not seen it again until it showed up on VRBO. It is well equipped and beautiful views. The prettiest pool on the beach.

Beach view, great. Pool great, nice size for large families. Layout of house excellent. Had some cleaning issues when first arrived, however promptly taken care of. Some appliance issues but are being addressed by maintenance. Overall a wonderful area to visit and enjoy. I would suggest more linens for bathrooms and kitchen and broom and dustpan to help with cleanup. Our family had a great time and would return again.

Check in and out were such a breeze. House was beautiful and well kept. Pool and beach access were great. Beds super comfortable. Fans in bedrooms - big plus. Hot tub needs a little love.

Amazing house that is exactly as described in the pictures and accommodates a large family.m well!! Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and the house is extremely well insulated as we had an infant with us and no one could hear noises. I highly highly recommend booking Just Breathe! You will not be disappointed. This house is perfect!!

This is an excellent property. It was large enough to accommodate our big group of friends and family with everyone having their own bed space, it was beautifully decorated, there were plenty of bathrooms for our large group, and the kitchen was the best equipped of any we have ever had, and we've been renting beach houses yearly for the past 25 years. I loved everything about Just Breathe--the pool table which got plenty of use, the swimming pool, the hot tub, the elevator (which made getting luggage up to the top floor a breeze), the two areas with large TVs and plenty of seating (which was great when the whole group wanted to watch World Cup games), and especially the deck overlooking the beach, which had a very manageable few steps (up and down) compared to other properties we've rented. Great for the older folks in the group and those with knee problems!A special note about the kitchen--our group loves cooking big meals. I was appreciative of how much good quality cookware and utensils were provided, the fact that there was at least 2 of everything important, and the two full size fridges on the main level. For a group that loves cooking, we lacked for nothing, which is the first time that's ever happened during our trips (we always bring important equipment along, just in case--good pots, good knives, high-quality blender, etc, but this was the first time none of it was really needed). The large amount of dining seating was also impressive. Bravo! 10/10!

We were renters for 15 years prior to owning our home and we really try to look at our home through the lens of a renter, not just an owner. We appreciate hearing from you how we're doing on that front. We want our guest to feel comfortable kicking off their shoes, flopping on the couches and making themselves at home during their vacation! Time with family and friends is invaluable and really all that matters. Thank you again!

This is our second year at Just Breathe!! We love it and there is plenty of space and bathrooms for a large family. We also love the pool!!! Highly recommend staying at Just Breathe…the owner Jennifer is easy to deal with and has great in town support with Scott and Brittany who help to make your stay exceptional!!!
