What an amazing property. This house checked all the boxes. Location, view, every room had a dedicated bathroom, game room, incredible pool, ice makers in both kitchens, it has it all. Do yourself a favor and book, memories will be made!

Emerald Hideaway is a spectacular property. Emerald Isle itself is a wonderful destination and I highly recommend both the destination as well as this beautiful ocean front property to anyone considering a visit . For the right family, or group or friends, it’s the perfect set up, offering 10bedrooms with almost each having a king size bed, an en suite bath, and a deck or access to a deck. (There are 2 rooms that offer single beds and bunk beds). The other amenities found at Emerald Hideaway make it so there is something for everyone to do within the home in the case of a rainy or winter day. (Pool table, ping pong, arcade games, a movie room, a second kitchen etc) Of course, outside a lovely pool, hot tub, & stunning beach awaits. An elevator helps navigate the large home and the views from each floor is nothing short of spectacular. The host Tracy is simply the best at what she does. She was very kind and helpful in every regard and made herself available as a host when any potential problems occurred. I recommend staying at any of the properties she manages. Thank you Tracy!

Amazing accommodations. Very clean and loved the layout. I would recommend bringing your own bath towels as the ones provided were disappointing. Overall it deserves An A rating!

I don't think that the pictures do this house justice. The upstairs kitchen/ family room never felt crowded, even when all 22 of us were up there together. Multiple dishwashers and ample fridge space and pantry helped accommodate the groups needs. Plenty of bedrooms/ bathrooms for a large group. The house has great views of the beach and easy access to the water. It was nice to have the option of a heated pool when the weather was cool. The game room and adjacent theater room were well setup and very popular with the group.

EI Beach Week 9/14 - 9/21

This home is better than the pictures! There were 13 adults reconnecting from high school/college days (70s - 80s) and this home was perfect! It is very spacious and accommodating. The property manager was very responsive to all questions. We hope to return next year!!

Great Large Family Rental

Each floor had outstanding views and ample chairs with attached tables for morning coffee chats. The pool was in constant use because the pool heater compensated for the cool nights. The kitchen was well appointed and set up for a crowd. If you are looking for a rental for a large group this is a great choice.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We stayed here in August of 2024 - a few related families (20 people). We have rented numerous VRBOs in different places across the country, and this was by far our favorite VRBO ever. Exceptional views and beach access, a unique curved vaulted ceiling on the top floor with generous gathering space. It felt like we could have hosted 30-40 people in the top floor gathering space with ease. Wonderful play areas for the teens with arcades and a movie room and each of the bedrooms were really well sized with nice en suite bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and routine service was performed while we were there to ensure they continued working properly. Communication with the property manager was prompt, clear and helpful. I really cannot recommend this property more - we'll be back for sure.

The kitchen and seating area were perfect for cooking meals and being able to all sit down together for meals. We loved all the space on the top floor, allowing us to all relax and gather together, and the bedrooms were spacious and cozy — everyone slept great!The highlight for us was definitely the game room and pool. Would have loved to have an outside TV so we could watch and hang in pool! We enjoyed having a space where we could all hang out, play games, swim, and make memories together. It really made the trip special.The house had some really nice touches like the many icemakers! definitely a plus. The only small suggestion we have would be if the fridge had a filtered water option, so guests don’t need to rely on bottled water. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

The 4th floor kitchen is very well equipped. The game room was a fantastic success with our grandchildren. Grill had a propane tank in it, AND there was an additional propane tank (not used) available in case the grill tank ran empty. It was nice to have two sets of washer/dryers. Cannot over appreciate the utility of the elevator in the unload and load process. This was especially true when making large grocery runs (2x grocery stores ~5 minutes away). Tracy was a great help with all things getting into the property as well as during the stay. A problem with the dual oven occurred and Lee promptly arrived to assist. Bottom line - if there is a problem, the staff "Makes-it-Right."

The house has a great layout, the kitchen is well stocked, has high end appliances and there's plenty of seating inside and out. The pool area is very nice and has easy beach access. The property manager was very easy to work with and replied to requests in a timely manner.
