This romantic, cozy condo in Incline Village (know as the gem of Tahoe ) is situated in this affluent and charming town that, from Incline's lookouts, has 360 degree mountain views, UNFORGETABLE sunsets, beautiful Lake Tahoe style days and nights with bright stars and moon.
This unique home is a condominium in an All Season’s Resort, which has an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi available ( seasonally) ; Enjoy walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store, and nightlife. Ski Bus stop to Diamond Peak in located in our parking lot and is only minutes away, or, take a 15 minute drive to fabulous Mount Rose, or, a 20 minute drive to Northstar at Tahoe, or a 30 minute ride to Heavenly Valley Resort.

We realized that Incline Village and Lake Tahoe is truly an all seasons resort; in Summer you can't beat the beaches on the lake, the world class hiking and mountainbiking and the sunsets are BREATHTAKING. The restaurants are superb with superb lake views or just eat in and enjoy the modern kitchen to prepare a romantic and/or meaningful meal. Our condo is walking
distance to Stores, Restaurants and the Lake.

My favorite mornings starts with a walk to Wildflower Cafe or Starbucks; they are both only a few minute walk away. Winter - Winter in Tahoe is wonderland; its easy to get around as all roads near the house are cleared regularly and because we are at Lake Level the weather is not as chilling; we call it 'the lake effect' and our Lake keeps the weather consistently above
freezing. Our parking lot has a shuttle to Diamond Peak; a greatfamily resort! Or you can take a 15 min drive to Mt. Rose, a 20 min drive to Northstar and only 30 Min to either Alpine Meadows, or Heavenly. Enjoy your stay and please leave comments so we
