Our family has stayed here twice now and we love it! Very roomy and the pool is amazing. Highly recommend if you have a large group.

This is an excellent property for a large group with kids. The little details for the kids was so special and made our stay so easy and comfortable. I think the property exceeded expectations! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out effortless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

he house was outstanding! It was extremely clean, and you can tell they really think about all the little details—from bag clips and everything you could need for grilling to the Wi-Fi and overall room layout.The pool was amazing, and the backyard and patio are set up perfectly for groups of any size. The garage area with all the games was also a great addition.We had an amazing time and really appreciated the communication and level of service throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Amazing house on POC

This house was everything we wanted. Great kitchen, amazing outside for kids and adults. And a short 5 min drive to the beach

We had a group of 9 this weekend and this house was perfect!! Plenty of room and stuff to do. We played a lot of cornhole. The weather wasn’t right for the pool but we will return to this property and hopefully get to utilize the pool area. Thanks so much for having us!!

This was our second stay here at this property. It is accommodating for adults and kiddos with king beds in 4 rooms and bunks with queen which is rare in rentals these days (usually consumed with bunks)The pool is amazing, playscape a huge plus, and a great open gathering area for living/ dining.The owners are super responsive and accommodating, beach is close and tons of fishing in the area!!!We will go back again!!!

This was our friend’s group 7th summer to get together and this place by far was the best place we have ever stayed! All the extra details were exceptional!(pool towels, rolled up blankets in a basket in the living room, soap, shampoo, tooth brushes, razors, if needed were stocked. The kitchen had thoughtful items as well! The place was immaculate inside! The pool area had plenty of chairs and the pool was inviting! Loved the propane fire pit! The hosts were very sweet to work with! They even had a menu for Marty’s Landing to order pizza in a folder! The pizza delivery person appreciated the easy to read address. Our group had 10 ladies and we were all very comfortable in the house. We have already decided we are coming back next year!
