The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals together, while the outdoor spaces shine with two picnic tables (one on an upper deck, the other at ground level), a gas grill, and a soothing hot tub – ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The private elevator is a great amenity for anyone with mobility issues and for easily transporting luggage and groceries (note the elevator does not reach the top floor bedroom). With just a short walk to the beach, your perfect coastal escape awaits!
Guests will enter the home through the carport and make their way up the stairs to the second floor where they will find a bonus room space with comfortable seating and a TV, perfect for entertaining or quiet time with a good book. This room also opens directly onto a sound-side deck, where you can step outside to soak in the fresh air and scenic beauty, with plenty of seating options to make the most of your outdoor experience. Three bedrooms are also found on this floor: the third bedroom has a king bed, the fourth bedroom has queen bed, and the fifth bedroom is perfect for families offering one twin bed and one full bed. These three bedrooms share the full bathroom located in the hall. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, providing a peaceful night’s sleep with easy access to the home's inviting common areas and private outdoor spaces. A full sized washer and dryer are also located on this floor.
As guests make their way to the third floor, they will find the primary living area on the which offers a cozy and inviting space, complete with a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. It's the ideal spot for relaxation and gathering, with easy access to the sound side deck, where you'll find comfortable seating options to enjoy the stunning water views. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to prepare meals during your vacation. A separate dining area off the kitchen provides ample seating and an additional outdoor dining table is set on a screened in porch on the lower deck overlooking the sound, offering stunning views of the water
The spacious master bedroom, located on the main living floor, is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a king-sized bed with plush linens, a sound side deck offering spectacular water views, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and large closet. From the main living area, guests will make their way to the top floor where the second bedroom is located. This top floor retreat offers complete privacy with a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the ocean. This room is also outfitted with a small desk ideal for guests who may need to steal away for a quick work call or email.
Additional amenities include a hot tub, an outdoor shower, a single person kayak, TVs in each bedroom, linens provided with each stay, including all bedding + bath linens and beds made upon arrival. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more. This dog-friendly property allows 2 dogs max for an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog.
There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. This property is available April through October.
