The top floor of this bright and spacious reverse floorplan home features a wall of windows overlooking the water in a contemporary living room and kitchen with quartz countertops, along with a convenient half bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. The stylish design creates an inviting atmosphere for entertaining friends and family throughout your stay. Venture to the middle floor, where you'll discover three well-appointed bedrooms and a laundry room. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, boasting a king-sized bed, a walk-in luxury tile shower, a spacious master closet, and sliding doors to a covered deck overlooking the water. The third bedroom has two twin over-twin bunk beds with a pullout twin mattress underneath each, sleeping a total of six in that bedroom. An additional bathroom can be found in the hallway.
