Host was great with all of my questions before check in and during our stay. We enjoyed our weekend at this cute place as we enjoyed the route 66 carshow.

Loved the loft. Was so nice and conveniently situated where we could just walk wherever we wanted to go. Parking was a challenge but it all worked out. Sean was also nice enough to let us check in early, which was so appreciated!

Very clean. Host was quick in response before check in and after we were there. Bed was super comfortable and loved that there was an extra fan in the bedroom. Location was perfect if you like the downtown area and busy nights. We enjoyed people watching.

Short and sweet little stay

Great little spot. Super clean, very comfortable and my girlfriend approved. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of bars/restaurants and even coffee shops in just a couple minutes walk.. The pictures were exactly spot on! Also the host was super responsive!

So perfect and cute!

We had such a great stay! The place was absolutely adorable—thoughtfully decorated and so cozy. It was also centrally located, which made it super convenient to explore the area. We stayed over a busy weekend, so there was definitely some noise outside, but the host was one step ahead and provided earplugs, which worked perfectly. Overall, a wonderful stay with great attention to detail. Would definitely come back!

Perfect location

This was my first visit to Springfield, Missouri. The apartment was perfect for my needs. Opposite is a great place to grab a coffee and breakfast. There are a number of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The noise as mentioned on other reviews was not an issue, it is a university town with many student hotspots in the same street.

We loved this nice spacious loft. It was super clean and had all the comforts of home. There's even a balcony where you can go out and kind of look out over the street. It has a really nice view. Shawn kept us up with all the information we needed for a wonderful stay. We went on walks around the area and enjoyed some of the local restaurants. There are quite a few within walking distance. We also went down and walked around the square. It's a nice cozy loft and a nice location, we would definitely stay here again.

The door code was inconvenient although I know needed for safety. There were burn holes in the bedroom blanket, no batteries in bedroom remote and no dish pods to do dishes. We took pictures

We had a wonderful time in the loft apartment. The view and atmosphere were on point. My communication with the host was timely and all my questions were answered. The wifi worked great and I was able to work remotely. The bed was comfortable and we rested well. We didn't need the complimentary ear plugs the host provided on the night stands. Bonus they provide a nice fan! The washer and dryer worked well. Detergent and dryer sheets were provided.Being downtown, we were concerned about parking. But we were able to locate a spot each night on the street that we could see from the living room. The location is great for exploring downtown. The Mudhouse coffee shop across the street was delightful. We also enjoyed Pappos Pizza within walking distance just behind the Black Palace on Walnut.We will stay again!
