This home combines comfort and ease with a fully stocked kitchen, an inviting gathering area for games and quality family time, and a spacious primary room with a king sized mattress. Step outside to your fully fenced private patio & yard where you can engage in meaningful time with family and friends. Minutes away from Holy Family Hospital, Northtown mall and great local restaurants. We look forward to hosting you!
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit. Smoking is NOT allowed on the interior of the property. You are welcome to smoke outside in the designated smoking areas.

Beautiful place and loved it. The Host was very responsive. It was very convenient and closer to a lot of restaurants and where my daughter had her Volleyball tournament. Would definitely rent this place again and rent from this host

Dirty rugs, there was old food left in the BBQ. Dryer was full of dirt and lint TV remote had been chewed up by a dog back yard was full of pine needles and pine cones, plus dog poop and cigarette butts outdoor furniture had to be cleaned to be used old spilled food on table outside. If it would've been clean I would've enjoyed my stay more. The house was cute, but needs some improvement things need to be repaired and cleaned. The house plants even needed to be watered.

This house was so cute and convenient! My little dog and I were very comfortable and stayed for 3 weeks. Cute little neighborhood, close to universities and shops. Hope to stay again!

Check in was easy and communication with host is good. Responsive to messages fairly quickly. Neighborhood is busy. Easy parking areas. Inside was pretty clean. Back patio area was not as pictured in listing. Sofa was uncomfortable to sit on, and king bed upstairs is extremely firm. Pillows provided are very thin and flat. Was not able to stay the whole booking due to uncomfortable sleeping.

The place was perfect for us, our daughter and our little dog. Fully fenced in yard, poop bags available, and the best later was there were mirrors! And 2 bathrooms! So us girls could all easily get ready for the day. The host was very communicative, wasn't over bearing or demanding, responded right away and stayed out of our hair. We couldn't ask for a better situation. Close to grocery stores, quiet neighborhood. TV to fall asleep to Netflix with. It was perfect. Thank you!!!

The place is great! We just happened to be in the middle of a heat wave and the single window AC unit in the upstairs bedroom just couldn’t battle the heat. We ended up buying 4 fans (left some for future use) to try and keep the airflow, but in the end it was definitely not fun. Lovely neighborhood and home, so would recommend and stay again during cooler months.

The pictures on site looked promising..arrived at property and curb appeal was not nice..tall weeds in flowerbed..inside was not welcoming..curtains drawn and dark..amenities -yikes! Pulled back shower curtains and saw a plethora of used shampoos bottle- Backyard does not looked like it’s been cleaned or sweeped in months..Definitely had a bachelor type vibe..For the price-not worth it…

The host was very communicative- even when we got in late. Unfortunately the sofa bed was broken and the bed itself was filthy as well as underneath where we could see fruit snack wrappers and other junk from previous tenants. Roll away bed in upstairs closet. Dishwasher, washer, dryer all nice. Upstairs bathroom smells like mold but was nice to give our two youngest a bubble bath in and all bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper. Yard space was very dirty but we used to live in Spokane and it’s right under a tree, so we get it. Got an automated message about a landscaper coming on Wednesdays. We never saw him. Not really space to eat as a family, a picnic table outside would have been nice but it worked for us for the few days we were there.
