Property was as advertised and had everything we needed. Proximity to stores and restaurants is great and this home is great for ASU families visiting students. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

This host was horrible. Had place for 2 days and they ran my card for unauthorized for a deposit of several hundred dollars!! Then said oh it was in listing however not charged at all through VRBO. They then have the money held up for 10 days and act like it’s normal. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This house was the perfect fit for our family. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and having laundry made our trip so much easier. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We hope to be back!

Full kitchen and laundry made it great to stay for a week plus. Hosted Christmas dinner with local AZ family and it was good for small children and adults. Several grocery stores nearby and we loved going to East Coast Bagels around the corner most mornings

Comfortable, Quiet Stay

Stayed for 5 days (weekdays), very quiet, clean stay. The pool was very nice and well kept. the neighborhood was very friendly and close to several restaurants and shops. The only things I'd change would be to clean up the poolside area a little (weeds, grass) and tidy up the garage. Overall would stay here again.

The place was spacious, the backyard left a lot to be desired, the pool was gross, hall bath tub was clogged, close by ASU Tempe, quiet neighborhood

Access to house was made easy, Everything around us was easily accessible…. Size of the house and having the pool for a couple days was all what we had planned for ……..

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. It's important to mention that the pool is stated not to be heated, and we had cleaned it just before your arrival. However, due to severe weather, the pool became dirty quickly. We tried to arrange an additional cleaning, but our pool company was unable to accommodate us due to high demand from other properties affected by the same weather. We truly regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We’ll work to improve communication for future guests and hope to welcome you again under better circumstances.

Home needs additional small repairs to correct remodel issues. No hot water. Pool was very dirty, amenities pots pans in kitchen used and minimal. Soaps random labels of what contents?Kitchen floor tile buckeled multiple places.. tripping hazard.. Really?

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay in this spacious home. The bedrooms were appointed nicely: comfy beds, chair, lighting, bed stands. The kitchen had very basic items that allowed us to cook at home comfortably but not a lot of extras. Small coffee cups. My only complaint might be that the outside windows were dirty, so would be nice to look thru clean ones and the out back lighting was in strange colors, so not very well lit after dark. And there was a hall light that always stayed on - we couldn’t find a switch for it. Overall would stay here again.
