Aggieland Vacation Rentals requires guests to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. As a locally owned and operated company, we give you peace of mind that your reservations are always protected and secure!

The Sterling House is a cozy haven that feels like your home away from home! Indulge in your favorite sports channel or catch a movie on the 65” flat-screen TV, all while surrounded by the beauty of stained concrete floors that seamlessly blend with the galley-style kitchen and open dining room. This inviting space is complemented by a conveniently located full-size utility room, ensuring that all your needs are met. Step outside through the dining room to discover a small side patio, equipped with a charcoal grill for all your outdoor cooking adventures.

Each private bedroom exudes comfort, offering a serene retreat for restful nights. The hallway bathroom features a clean, elongated vanity with double sinks and a separate shower area, ensuring ample space for everyone. The primary suite, a true sanctuary, boasts its own private bath and direct access to the backyard through a door that opens onto another covered patio, perfect for enjoying quiet moments outdoors.

Parking is a breeze with three designated spaces available in front of the home, making it easy for guests to come and go. Centrally located, Sterling House is just a quick seven-minute drive from Kyle Field and the rest of the Texas A&M University campus. Nearby, you'll find popular dining spots like Napa Flats, Yummi Yummi Sushi, and Gumby’s for some tasty pizza as well as the Post Oak Mall, which offers shopping and entertainment options.

For those looking to explore the great outdoors, Wolf Pen Creek Park is just around the corner. This picturesque park features wooded trails perfect for a leisurely walk, as well as venues for outdoor summer concerts. Don’t forget to stop by Aggieland Outfitters or The Warehouse to pick up your Aggieland souvenirs and memorabilia to commemorate your visit.

If you're in the mood for a round of golf, the A&M Golf Course is open to the public and offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the game while soaking in the beautiful Texas scenery. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, Sterling House provides the perfect base for experiencing all that Aggieland has to offer.

Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in yard, neighborhood and parks. Additional information located in pet addendum.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch; put it back in original position and clean it after each use.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (one in each bathroom) and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., tooth paste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpster per the City of Bryan- College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed. Trash day is Thursday.

14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds, shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

Perfect for visiting our homesick Aggie!

We really enjoyed our stay, and 4 bedrooms meant that our homesick college student could get out of her dorm for the weekend and come stay with us too. The house was very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable!

Parents Weekend Retreat

A great place to stay for our group for Parents Weekend. Very comfortable home close to campus and stores. Neighborhood was very quiet, great for relaxing inbetween all the events on campus! House was very clean upon arrival and all amenties were as described. Would definately stay here again!

Great house

The house has a lot of space and is better than the pictures shows. I thought it was a great rental house for my Bachelorette party. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and common areas. The house was very clean. We did have problems with lights not turning on in the laundry room, and front porch security light was not working. We called the company to fix it because it made using the code to enter the house difficult but no one ever came. Other than that it was a good experience.

Great Place to Stay

A group of friends and I stayed here for an Aggie football game and loved it. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The living room is a great space for all to gather, the kitchen has all the amenities, and the beds were super comfy. Bathrooms were very nice and clean as well. It is super close to campus and all the wonderful things Aggieland has to offer. The best part was, my group all got to stay in the same place and it was cheaper, nicer, and more convienent than any hotel. I highly recommed staying here!

we rented the sterling house for a 2 nights to attend wedding celebration it was perfect we were 9 adults the staff provided a blow up mattress and sheets for same the location was easily accessible the house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet parking in driveway for 4 cars rental staff responded to all inquiries and requests promptly and with kindness much apprecited

Comfortable Getaway! Centrally located, exceedingly convenient to your favorite local restaurants, shops and of course Texas A&M University. Also, visit the nearby Wolf Pen Creek Park for a beautiful walk along the wooded trails.

As you enter into the living room you will notice the tasteful furnishings and tiled flooring. Watch your favorite sports channel or show on the flat screen TV. The galley style kitchen and open dining room are accented by beautiful stained concrete floors. Easily accessible full size utility room, too. Step out to the main covered patio though the dining room.

Feel right at home in each private and cozy bedroom. Hall bath provides a clean, elongated vanity area with double sinks and separate shower area. Elegant master suite with private bath opens onto another covered patio area overlooking the backyard.

Plenty of parking spaces in front for all guest to use.
