You will love our cozy home on a quiet, tree lined, street in Irondequoit. Due to its close proximity to all major expressways, our place is 15 minutes to anywhere in Rochester. All Downtown attractions are minutes away and easily accessible. Uber, Lyft & public transportation are nearby.
Our home comfortably sleeps 11 people and has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms which include the following:

Excellent Stay

We were in town working, and stayed here. The home was very clean, well stocked, and had ample parking. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location

Spent a week in Rochester visiting family and attending my nephews weddings. The location of this VRBO was great and easy to get to any location in or near Rochester. Home was clean and owner was very helpful.

Great little house!

We are a family of 4 (with 2 teenaged boys). My family lives in Irondequoit but doesn't have enough room for all of us to stay.... so we booked this house. It was WAY better than a hotel or inconveniencing family. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros and cons...

Pros: Excellent location, dead-end street in a relatively quiet neighborhood, very close to amenities and attractions. Neighbors are nice... Neat and clean house. Comfortable beds, enough sitting areas to sit and relax. No trouble getting in, lock box on door. Cons: Although it is advertised to sleep many, there are truly only 3 bedrooms. The second floor is one open room with a queen bed, a twin trundle bed, and lots of floor space. This would be GREAT if you have a bunch of little kids, but not so great when you have all adult children/with significant others that wanted some privacy (as we did). If you are a light sleeper, be advised--ALL the floors squeak and creak, and most of the doors squeak and/or clunk. Very few places to hang towels/robes, etc in the bathrooms, and nowhere to hang a towel in the kitchen. If you are planning on doing any real cooking, bring along a few of your favorite pans and your good knife. Kitchen equipment is quite variable. Also, bring or buy your salt/pepper/sugar/spices, as there are none there.

COLLEGE VISIT

The 5 of us, husband and wife and 3 daughters, 14, 16, and 18, went to visit our son at Rochestwr Institute of Technology. We stayed here because it could accomodate the 5 of us, and was within drining distance of RIT. When we first got there we arrived an "checked the place out." Upstairs has a distinct smell of smoke but was quickly subdued with a can of Fabreeze. This was the reason for losing a star. The upstairs was an amazing set up for the teenage girls. The enjoyed having their own space and bathroom and TV. My wife and I enjoyed the downstairs bedroom amd bathroom. The only reason this place did not get 5 stars was due to the ever creaking floor. Whoever install the subfloor under the wood floor did not nail it enough. There is definitely no sneaking around in this house. We had great communication with the host and we made them aware of any issues immediately. We would definitely stay here again

Comfortable, quiet home

The home is comfortable, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to interesting sites in the city. The stairs to the upper bedroom and bathroom are quite steep, which could pose a problem for some. But the railing is sturdy.

Location Location

We have family in Irondequoit near Lake so location was perfect. House was comfortable. It felt like a safe street in a quiet neighborhood. We only made coffee there but the kitchen had it all so cooking would have been easy. It was very clean. My niece loved the en suite upstairs room and TV.

Good stay and I would stay again

The home was clean and the neighborhood was really nice. We felt safe here. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch around sunset and sipping a drink to relax. The furniture was dated but most importantly it was clean. The TV had apps such as Netflix so we could sign in and watch our favorite TV shows. The location was good. It was very close to a Wegmans and a Tim Hortons.

Lil Hideaway

This is a beautiful house on a dead end street with little traffic, and all the neighbors are very friendly. We even saw a Milwaukee Brewers flag down the block, GO WISCONSIN! The suite upstairs is huge, and plenty of room in house for us 5 grown sized people.

This property was relatively clean, however, had a vary damp, molded odor. The inside stairs are dangerously steep. Decorative pillows were dirty and worn. Note: master bedroom closet appears to have a leak in the ceiling.

Overall Great Experience

The one and only complaint, would be lack of blankets. Due to the large number of sleeping areas they didn’t have enough blankets. However it was a positive that they had so many areas for people to sleep. And having 2 showers was also great for a 3 bedroom house.
