CONVENIENT LOCATION TO ANYWHERE IN ROCHESTER! Just two minutes to 104 Expressway, 2.5 miles to Rochester General Hospital, 2.8 miles to Seabreeze Amusement Park and Lake Ontario.

You will love our cozy home on a quiet, tree lined, street in Irondequoit. Due to its close proximity to all major expressways, our place is 15 minutes to anywhere in Rochester. All Downtown attractions are minutes away and easily accessible. Uber, Lyft & public transportation are nearby.
Our home comfortably sleeps 11 people and has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms which include the following:

Clean, family friendly house

We had a family of 4 adults and one baby stay while visiting extended family in the area. Plenty of room and easy access. The upstairs bedroom has tons of space. Easy parking.

Excellent Stay

We were in town working, and stayed here. The home was very clean, well stocked, and had ample parking. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay in Irondequoit

Nice spacious house on a quiet street. Easy check in, good communication with host. Interior colors are very pleasant.

Great stay

Great stay in this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood close to the expressways, grocery stores, restaurants, Target, etc… Would definitely stay again when in Rochester visiting family and friends.

Excellent house, host, and location!

This was the perfect house for us. House is way bigger than you think and very cozy and felt safe! Great communication with host and everything was perfect!

Great stay

We had a great time at the house . Property manager was a great help with some last minute changes do to the bad weather. Very well located to go all type of shopping and very close to family.

Very nice home

Very clean property and convenient location to everything we needed to do while there. Jo is very very quick to respond and we really had no questions except for missing sheets which she corrected immediately. Recommend staying there.

Great place and host!

Great place for our family with three younger children! Great location for kids with a dead end road and a playground nearby. The house was awesome and well equipped. The host was responsive as well. Would definitely recommend!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

Jo was a wonderful host and always replied to my messages very quickly. The house was clean and tidy and 8 of use stayed there comfortably for 3 nights.

Location Location

We have family in Irondequoit near Lake so location was perfect. House was comfortable. It felt like a safe street in a quiet neighborhood. We only made coffee there but the kitchen had it all so cooking would have been easy. It was very clean. My niece loved the en suite upstairs room and TV.

Cozy retreat

This place was cozy. We were in the area to move our son so sadly we really only spent time at the house to sleep after long days of packing and moving. It will be on our list for future trips. Communication with Johanna was easy. She responded quickly to any questions & made sure our stay was comfortable.

Lil Hideaway

This is a beautiful house on a dead end street with little traffic, and all the neighbors are very friendly. We even saw a Milwaukee Brewers flag down the block, GO WISCONSIN! The suite upstairs is huge, and plenty of room in house for us 5 grown sized people.

Johanne was super pleasant and accommodating. We had a slight issue come up and she was right on top of it. The whole experience was top notch.

Comfortable, quiet home

The home is comfortable, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to interesting sites in the city. The stairs to the upper bedroom and bathroom are quite steep, which could pose a problem for some. But the railing is sturdy.

Good stay and I would stay again

The home was clean and the neighborhood was really nice. We felt safe here. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch around sunset and sipping a drink to relax. The furniture was dated but most importantly it was clean. The TV had apps such as Netflix so we could sign in and watch our favorite TV shows. The location was good. It was very close to a Wegmans and a Tim Hortons.

Big Rooms, Convenient location, Overall Great Stay!

We live a few neighborhoods over from Jo's cozy home and needed a convenient location for me and part of my wedding party to stay at the week of my wedding. Jo's home was perfect. The upstairs bedroom is massive and has it's own bathroom so it was perfect for one of my groomsmen and his family. The two bedrooms on the first floor also quite spacious. The location is convenient to 104 and Wegmans. Jo was quick with responses to our questions and check-in and check-out were super easy. The neighbors were very friendly and we felt super comfortable here. Overall great stay!
