Ok overall
Realized once we got there that the "boarding pass" that I was sent didnt have any codes so I had to call customer svc and they texted the codes to me. There is a fee for parking (54) and one of the elevators in parking deck was down. 20min elevator wait times in the entire resort. 8 digit door code difficult to remember. Beautiful view. Fabric Sofa was dirty, stained, torn, needs to be replaced. we didnt want to lay on it. We reported and sent pictures Unit was very clean otherwise. Lots of extra pillows but no extra cases so they were useless. Guest mattress felt like an air mattress. Security beat down our door at 2AM and scared my children bc a float was left outside the door since 2PM. Tried to report but supervisor was off for the weekend. Toilet broke 2x and icemaker did not work but maintenence was helpful, fixed toilet and brought us ice. Nice having a kids bunk area and 3 bathrooms. Bring salt and pepper bc there is none and stores are sold out of travel size. The pools and hot tubs were nice and we were easily able to get chairs every time we went. Nice big tvs in the unit. checkout is 9am which is too early IMO, have to pay 80 more if you want late checkout at 12p. After I requested it, the agency gave us complimentary late checkout for the issues we experienced. We have rented alot in PCB and other areas and I will say this is the most issues I have ever had with a rental and the most time I have ever spent on the phone with customer svc. Our stay was ok.
