Great stay with the family. Tidewaters elevates are terrible! You will do flights of stairs the entire stay then to wait 15 to 45 minutes for an elevator. Too many codes to keep up with.

Only a few problems. The elevator waits were LONG. Not real happy with condo beach chair placements made it hard to put extra chairs and umbrella’s. Wrist Bands were kind of a pain. Over all a great week and would book here again.

Husband and I used the free golf activity 6 times. We used the ferris wheel and sunset dolphin trip also. Big savings. The chairs out on the beach were nice too. We had a great stay.

We loved the view of the beach! I was so pleased with everything! They do not have a keurig so be sure to bring coffee filters! The extra amenities were amazing! My husband used the free golf tickets and loved it! The rooms were amazing! The only down fall were the elevators but once we figured out which ones were faster and the ones to use at certain times it was great! Having two outdoor pools was amazing! It wasn’t ever super busy!

This Tidewater property was super clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located on the 5th floor with a lovely ocean view. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen cupboards were well-stocked with dishes, silverware, & utensils. It would have been nice to find some basic essentials like salt/pepper, Pam spray, alum foil, & tissues. Overall, a nice place and we would stay again!

Great condo. Only problem was no Keurig coffee pot for our coffee pods or filters for coffee maker. Very pleased otherwise.

Family get away

Building was nice, staff was great!Elevators were frusteratingly slow. There weren't as many eateries or activitoes or shopping opportunities w/in walking distance as we would have liked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in PCB, overall the condo was great! We love that it was on the 5th floor. Our only complaint is the elevators so it was nice to be able to take the stairs and not have so many flights of stairs to take. The condo had everything we needed and the owners seemed to stay in contact throughout the stay.

Spring Break

Loved everything!!! The condo was very nice!! The bed was the most comfortable sleep i have ever had!! Great view!! Lived the beach and the beach services. We had an awesome stay!! 100% recommended. The elevators did take 4ever to get on sometimes, but overall perfect!!

The water heater in the unit went out (no fault to them, it happens) but they had us moved within 45 min to a bigger and nicer condo unit. We will rent from them again for sure.

Clean but too much security. Difficult to get through doors if you forget the wrist bands.

The wait

If you stay here please be aware you will wait on the elevators for hours! Over 500 condos serviced by only a hand full of elevators!!!

Thank you for booking with us. I hate to hear that you had an issue with the elevators during your stay, but I'm happy to report that all the elevators are operational and your judgment of time is way off. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for an elevator, even on the 4th of July. Also, it appears that you have abnormally large hands as the building has 7 elevators. I hope you have better luck with the elevators during your next vacation.
