The condo had great views of the ocean and was clean. We would definitely stay here again. The beach attendants were amazing and made sure we were set up each day. Loved that there was a restaurant, coffee shop, and drink huts on property as well.

This condo was beautiful, beautiful views of the beach, spacious, lots of room for my family. We loved this place. Other than the elevator wait time. Which doesn't reflect the host. I think a few of them wasn't working.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. We had a maintenance issue and it was fixed within a couple hours. Overall great experience!

Beautiful place to stay. I took a few of my family members to see the ocean for the first time and the balcony view was amazing.

The unit was exactly as advertised---terrific views from the balcony, plenty of room for clothes storage, etc., and clean!

Perfect place for our family to stay while participating in the 2025 Ironman. The condo was not only close to the event but also offered spectacular views and the comfort of home

We were on the eighth floor in a corner unit and the view was absolutely stunning. Our place was very roomy and clean. The pool, hot tub and beach were outstanding. The company in charge of the beach chairs and umbrellas were very accommodating. Security and staff at the resort were very helpful with any questions we had. Great location being close to Pier Park and all the fun things to do in that area within walking distance. Highly recommend this resort and will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at Tidewater several times. This condo had the most useful amenities by far. The place was packed with all the things you need to cook for a large family. The added appliances like a Kureg, a crockpot and deep dish electric skillet were great, plus so many extras to help our trip. The location is great and the people were friendly. We would recommend and hope to book here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. 1. The elevators are horrible at this place. We usually had 45min-1 hour wait for the elevator. I was told it was due to high demand during checkin. But it was all week. I have stayed on a lot of places(some even larger than this) and have never had this issue. Every guest I spoke to said the same thing!2. The deadbolt doesn't work on this property. Very concerning having the kids sleeping right next to the front door.3. Several of the towels had long black hairs on them. We had to wash them before use.4. The condo looks like it needs some tlc. The view was in spectacular. But these other items took away from that. I would not recommend this place unless the address the elevator issue!

The property was clean. The elevators were inconvenient! The power did go out due to storms and I couldnt get the clock reset on the stove, other than that our stay was great.

Very loud and elevators where very slow

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and beds are comfortable but the couch was very uncomfortable. The place was very loud at night and the elevators were terrible.

We had a wonderful time. Unit had breathtaking views from living room, wrap around corner balcony & bedrooms., spacios and tastefully decorated. Very clean stocked with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Didn’t cook but kitchen complete stocked with plate/pots/coffee makers, etc- just bring own food and condiments. Check was a little confusing, recommend checking in prior to pay for parking & bracelets for entire party in order to have access to facility. This is a no smoking building. Watch dolphins from your balcony & beautiful sunrise/sunsets. Bring your own beach towels, chairs/umbrellas, if possible. Poolside bar and 1st floor restaurant excellent. Friendly staff. Did not have issues with elevators at all, although heard wait time could be long during peak times. We had a WONDERFUL & RELAXING family time. Host was excellent and responded promptly to our questions and requests. HIGHLY recommend, you will not be disappointed.

The condo was outstanding. We had the best view of the ocean. The down side of this property is the wait times for the elevators. Too many floors and not enough elevators for all the people on this property. Property amenities were great! We would return, just not during peak season.

We had a great time and our room was very nice and clean. Be prepared for the elevator wait times. It was a rough wait during peek times. We had a mix up with our departure date. The email said June 18th, all of our paperwork said June 19th. Thankfully the host worked with us and gave us some time to pack quickly. Overall our experience was good with some hiccups.
