Very clean, spacious, and nice house. The host was very responsive. The surrounding area has a lot to offer in terms of beaches, food, and shops. Very quite and nice neighborhood too. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The house was beautiful, plenty of room for our 7 adults and a dog. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Close to the beach and very convenient to all other local restaurants and grocery store. Danica was great to deal with easy check in and check out. Very responsive with questions or concerns.

The beach house was spacious, exceptionally clean, and well stocked with everything needed for the beach. The owner was readily accessible by text for any questions that we had. We had just a wonderful experience and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Salisbury.

We loved the spacious home with the large dining room table great for puzzle making and family meals. The open floor plan made us all feel connected while cooking, watching TV, or playing games. And all the bedrooms gave everyone privacy when they needed it. It's a short few minute walk to the beautiful local beach and the Hampton Beach hub is a short 5-7 minute ride with plenty of fun for kids and adults alike. We would definitely think about renting here again!

This property is perfect! The house was fully stocked with everything from kitchen appliances and cookware to beach supplies and games . Nothing was overlooked and we never needed to contact the property owner for any info or requests. The house was so homey yet we never felt like we were staying in someone else's residence. Danica even contacted me on the day of our arrival to let us know we could check in early since no one was there the night before. Check out instructions were very clear and easy. Highly reccommend!!!!

The house was even better than expected. The host was attentive and easy to contact. Location was perfect! Easy access to Newburyport or Hampton Beach. Would stay again.

Beautiful home and beds were comfy!

Sleep is so important on vacation and we were very excited to have good mattresses on the beds! The home was clean and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was immaculately clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and lots of pillows made for restful nights. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The listing accurately portrayed the home, with peaceful seaside decor, plenty of seating, and games provided. The owners were responsive and helpful, even going so far as to mail me forgotten items. Highly recommend this home. Only one thing to note: the listing doesn’t mention there is a walk up to both the front and back doors, so unfortunately my grandmother could not visit us at the during our stay.

Near Salisbury Beach

Lovely home, close to the beach. Salisbury is a lot less crowded than others nearby. Danica was very attentive. Family had a great time. We would use this property again for a family vacation.

Great family friendly property!

We loved this house, so clean & meet our needs for a family of 5 adults & 5 kids. A little walk to the beach but they provide wagons & carts! The host was quick to respond for any questions. I would highly recommend this house! Enjoyed our 4th of July at Hampton Beach!

The house was great for 8 adults and 2 teens. Very spacious, clean, and well equipped. We were so disappointed that we were in town for a wedding cause we all enjoyed relaxing and the easy walk to the beach. Maybe we will make it back for a little vacation sometime soon

Great property in a quiet section of town

The property is just as advertised and contains everything you need for a beach vacation. We had 7 grown adults and it never felt crowded. There are plenty of rooms and bathrooms with a fully stocked kitchen. The refrigerator is large with a bottom load freezer. The house was immaculate when we arrived. I highly recommend this hidden jewel in Salisbury Beach.

Fantastic Family Getaway to Beach Fun!

We had an absolute blast! This home has all you need to have a fabulous time! It had all the basics, full kitchen, great beach accessories, toys, games and more. The host was responsive, kind & helpful. Fantastic location to get to beaches and more. The walk to the beach was so easy - even for the three yr old in our group could do it easily. All of the supplies, wagon, chairs, umbrella and games made it super fun. Salisbury Beach is an absolutely wonderful, clean, calm beach that is family friendly. Having a beautiful, well-equipped house within walking distance made our family get-together relaxing and enjoyable. It was so good, we'd love to visit again! Highly Recommend this Beach House!!!

Great house, even better host! This comfortable home was spotless when we arrived and was there was plenty of room for our family of eight adults and five children. The house even had a Pack 'n Play as well as a highchair for our babies. If we had a question, Danica was very quick to respond whether about her home or the area in general. The house was in a very quiet area, and we made friends with several of the resident neighbors; made us feel at home! I would highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a place in Salisbury or close to Hampton Beach! We will be back!

We had the BEST week at this property. Equal mix of kids and adults there was more than enough room. House was spacious and clean. Very quick walk to the beach so you could come back for breaks or lunch. We had some of our own stuff but the wagons, chairs and umbrellas were awesome to have in the shed to use. Kitchen was stocked with a great assortment of pots/pans/ etc. Early morning and late nights on the beach were perfect. You can watch the sun set over the marsh from the staircase. Outdoor shower and foot cleaner to get some of the sand off before you go in the house was helpful. Outdoor grill to cook some steak and chicken or hamburgers and hotdogs after a long day at the beach. Danica was amazing and quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely rent here again and again. Couldn't say enough about this vacation. Pictures of Beach Access #10.

This place is a gem! Danica was very attentive with communication. The house is beautiful all around and comes with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The beach access was very close, especially with having two kids, the walk was nice and quick. Cute little table in the back with chairs and everything for the beach in the shed. Highly recommend staying here!
