I had a terrible experience at this property due to a bed bug infestation. What made it worse was the complete lack of response and accountability from the management — it’s been nearly a week with no update, no resolution, and no compensation for a serious health and sanitation issue to find out that the host blocked my number and contact. The disregard for guests’ well-being are completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do not book here unless you want to deal with unsafe conditions and a management team that clearly doesn’t care about its guests.

Good with a few adjustments needed

The good: Our host allowed for early check in which we appreciated and it was a super simple process. The whole house was nice and clean and looked just like the photos. Things to be improved: more coffee cups, bath towels were tiny, there were no wash cloths or paper towels and only one kitchen towel. Beds were fine, but not super comfortable and pillows were too big to be very comfortable. We had some bad neighbors in the other rental unit who were partying all night and we could hear them all night from our unit.
