Upgraded single family in home in a quiet neighborhood of Mission Heights. Family game room has 8' pool table that can switch with a ping pong table top, wet bar, and darts with a 50" 4k tv. Living room has a 50 inch led tv. All bedrooms have high def tvs.. High internet speed. 7' Hot tub on the outdoor patio and a fire pit to cook smores and enjoy in the evenings. Backyard is enclosed for your privacy. All bedrooms have large flat screen tvs.

The house was in a great location that was a bonus. It was a very quiet neighborhood, which was also a bonus. My kids loved having the hot tub, the ping-pong and pool table, and those kept them pretty busy throughout the weekend.

The host was fabulous and very helpful and accommodating. Great location, clean home, very comfortable for us. We had my parents, my husband and I, our kids 10,17,3. Perfect for all ages. I really appreciated the beach towels and beach toys. The firepit was really nice to use each night too. The hot tub was very relaxing and looked clean. You could park in the driveway or garage. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Everything was good for what we needed. Close to the places that we wanted to go to. The host was easy to get a hold of and responsded promptly to any questions we had.

Lael was very accommodating when we requested an early check in. The property was central to all places we needed to go around San Diego. Lots of entertainment and activities provided with this rental and it made our stay extremely delightful! Thank you!

Comfortable house

We settled right into this house. Very comfortable, owner was great and could not have had a better location. It is centralized to everything, shopping, the zoo, the airport, Coronado Island. And we will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. We came for my son’s SDSU football camp which is 15 minutes away. Close to a mall, many restaurants, and the beach. Pool table and hot tub were a nice bonus. Property owner is excellent!

Great Family Stay

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeways and downtown. The host was very responsive and made for a very pleasant stay. The house has great gathering areas and activities and is a perfect place for families with all ages. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The place was spotless clean and lots of towels. The Jacuzzi was wonderfully hot, and all the beds were surprisingly very comfortable.

All you need and then some

The house was a perfect little spot for four adults to enjoy San Diego. The extras of a pool table and hot tub was certainly a hit!

I bought my first home in 2015 specifically for hosting a vacation rental. I used to travel with my family doing contract work to the military living in different areas for 6 to 8 months at a time. I stayed in VRBOs during these travels and decided to engage in the business after living continually in San Diego. My new project is a home in Big Lake Alaska that I am turning into a triplex.

The location is the best. So close to everything without being in the city. We take uber rides all the time to enjoy nightlife Gas Lamp, Little Italy or the local beach towns.
