Wonderful trip with family. The house has beautiful views of the Lake and the Mountains. Lots of room for our family to spread out and clean. The house is very close to town. It rained the entire weekend but we had a wonderful time at the mountain fair concert, shopping at near by antique stores and watching the DAWGS beat Alabama!! We would definitely stay again.

The property was very spacious and had beautiful lake and mountain views. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay did not meet our expectations, especially for a Premier Host.The biggest disappointment was the boat dock. When I booked in February, Jeanne knew we were towing our boat from PA to spend a week on the lake with family. The listing photos showed a covered dock, but I was never informed that her boat would occupy the covered portion. We only discovered this upon arrival and were told we could tie up on either side, leaving our boat uncovered. Since the covered dock was a major reason we chose this property, this was extremely disappointing. Had we known this when booking, we would not have rented the property.The dock also needs significant maintenance. The decking was old and rotting, including a hole large enough for a foot to go through, which was particularly concerning with small children. The wood securing the cleats also showed deterioration, creating concerns about safely securing our boat. The property could use some exterior upkeep, including removing large spiderwebs, trimming overgrown shrubs and cleaning the lower patio. The kitchen was well equipped, but the main-floor couches were very uncomfortable, and several mattresses were noticeably sagging.Despite the spectacular views, outdoor seating was very limited. Comfortable deck furniture would make sitting outside more enjoyable. Jeanne was responsive but

This is our second time staying at this property. The accommodations work great for our family, and the house has everything you could possibly need. The location on the lake is very private and scenic. The distance to the grocery store and Marina are within a 5-minute Drive. We truly enjoy staying here.

Wonderful Home on the Lake

Property is clean with a magical view of the lake and mountains. Home plan is laid out well allowing plenty of space and use for everyone.

This is a beautiful property overlooking a lovely lake. It was furnished nicely and very comfortable. I was staying with five ladies and we each had our own room--perfect.We came to Hiawassee for a dance workshop and were very happy to stay at this house instead of a hotel room.Thank you for the use of your home : )

Friends Reunion Weekend

The home is beautiful! As advertised and convenient to local attractions. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood - quiet area with outstanding views of the lake and mountains. We had a wonderful stay!
