The farmhouse boasts 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and a hairdryer. Enjoy modern conveniences like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC. The proximity to Old Rag Mtn was ideal! The clean hot tub was a wonderful way to start and end our adventures in the country! What a beautiful home appointed with everything we needed to relax. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at The Mill House! Our family of four made amazing memories and the house and location was perfect for what we wanted out of our weekend (hiking, fishing, Bon fire s’mores, hot tub, etc.). Highly recommend and will visit again in the future.

Really lovely and peaceful home. Next to beautiful magnolias, a stream, and cows. Fire pit. Hot tub. House was so cozy, clean, warm, welcoming, inviting. Beautiful renovation of an old farmhouse. Our family had a great time. Great host, very responsive and helpful.

Very responsive host, spotless, roomy, comfortable place in a beautiful setting. Close to town, Old Rag trailhead and Skyline Drive. Will stay again for sure. Hot tub and fire pit a big fun bonus!

Great communication. The house is located a short drive from Sperryville, Washington, Old Rag, and the Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah. It’s a charming place, we will definitely return.

Perfect new/old combo

Great house with farm-like setting. Interior is completely renovated but stayed true to the design and craftsmanship of the original home. We enjoyed the fire pit next to the creek and the hot tub after a day of hiking. Really well done property.

Little Piece of Heaven

We fell in love with The Mill House at Ragged Ridge from the listing on line. In person, the house did NOT disappoint! Beautifully renovated but maintaining that old farmhouse charm while offering modern amenities at the same time. The bedrooms were comfortable and the main living spaces were well-appointed and easy to use. Our host, Liz, was very helpful during our stay and answered questions we had very promptly. Our family would definitely consider a return visit and would certainly recommend The Mill House to others.

What an amazing hidden gem! The house is even better than the listing. Everything you need and with the comforts of home and better! Home was spacious, clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed and more! Will definitely be back for another girls relaxing weekend.

Our stay was amazing! The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house is nice, quiet, beautiful setting. Our kids loved watching the cows and playing on the screened-in porch. Highly recommend!
