This is a lovely, peaceful place to stay in Julian! It is well appointed, super cute, and there is plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. It is a short walk to town which was really helpful because finding parking downtown can be challenging. Would definitely stay here again!

House was clean and stocked, grounds were nice. Wildlife around the property is enjoyable and only a 6min walk to town is great. Our only suggestion is the shower could use an updated shower head.

One of our favorites! Perfect location and the home is comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed and it made for a wonderful trip. I highly recommend this property and have it on our list to stay at again when we come back to Julian.

This house was fantastic, my favorite part was sitting outside on the patio at night looking up at the stars and listening to all the frogs from the creek. Easy walk to town. I would stay here again and have already recommended it to my coworker.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at the Julian Cottage. The house was in perfect location to walk into town but far enough that it felt peaceful. The bed was comfortable and we had all the amenities we could ask for. The fireplace was a great way to cap off a relaxing day. We will definitely be back!

We came for an anniversary getaway and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Lovely little house right off the main street into downtown Julian. It was very clean and had everything we needed. 2 minute walk to town. It had a large deck to sit out and have coffee in the morning or have lunch. Easy parking right out of the front door. Definitely on our list of places to revisit. Deborah was very responsive.

Great place to get away!! Deborah’s place was just as described and so much better! Quiet, and clean, comfortable beds. Everything was clean and organized, kitchen items were easy to find. Would definitely go back again without hesitation.

Beautiful staycation for our family of 5. Deborah was gracious & responsive. We had a minor hiccup w the blinds, but overall it was a relaxing time. The lilacs were blooming & it made our stay all the more sweeter. The proximity to downtown Julian was a big plus. Definitely would book again.

This was a very comfortable and lovely house in the woods. It was just as advertised, well equipped, clean, and was in a great location. We had a wonderful stay, and would certainly come back.

The host was welcoming and many amenities were provided. The home was clean, large, and very close to town (only a 3 minute walk!). The property is beautiful! I cannot wait to return!

The Pinezanita Cottage is a lovely place to stay. The cleanliness, comfort, and environment were wonderful. Furthermore, Deborah, the host, went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. She was a superstar!
