Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, spacious layout, and hot tub! We’re sorry for the frustration surrounding the pizza oven. Our maintenance technician arrived about 20 minutes after the issue was reported, replaced the propane tank and gas valve, and worked to troubleshoot the problem. While he was still at the property, a member of your group told him the oven had lit and everything was good to go. After the technician left, your group reached back out to ask if he would be returning. We checked with our technician, who confirmed he had been told the issue was resolved during his visit. We relayed that update and suggested allowing at least an hour for the oven to heat up. It wasn’t until the following day, when you mentioned your group had done additional troubleshooting and purchased a part to resolve the issue, that we realized the problem had persisted. Had we known you were still experiencing issues after the technician’s departure, we would have been happy to arrange another visit. Regarding the TVs, we appreciate you bringing those concerns to our attention. Since your stay, the TVs have been upgraded to smart TVs to provide a better viewing experience. As for the outdoor furniture and cobwebs, our outdoor spaces are cleaned between each guest. However, given the home's wooded surroundings, spiderwebs can reappear quickly between cleanings.
